Description
Our cosy and upscale Finn cabin with 55sqm living space offers room for a maximum of four adult guests.
In addition to the living and dining area, the kitchen and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The two bedrooms, each with two beds, are located on the upper floor
Our fitted kitchen has everything the "boss" needs on holiday. Of course, a dishwasher should not be missing here (please bring your own washing machine tabs/detergent)
The bathroom is spacious with shower/WC and equipped with a washing machine (please bring your own detergent)
The cosy living/dining area offers everything you need to feel comfortable, especially when the weather outside is not inviting you to enjoy nature
Besides the fireplace for cooler days, you can make yourself comfortable on the large corner couch and watch satellite TV, surf the internet or simply listen to the CD/radio. In one of the two bedrooms, the single beds are placed together, which is intended as a master bedroom
The approximately 600sqm garden and the spacious terrace ensure that you can enjoy the peace and relax in good weather. For the terrace (with awning) and the rest of the outdoor area, a large parasol, a garden furniture set, two deck chairs and a barbecue are at your disposal.
A large outdoor fish cleaning area for your catches is also at your disposal.

Location and surroundings of object
On the outskirts of the small village of Schwarz lies the Finnhüttensiedlung directly on the Schwarzer See lake
In the south of the Mecklenburg Kleinseenplatte, with its many natural Ice Age lakes, bordering the Müritz National Park and idyllically nestled between forest and lake, we invite you to discover this wonderful area for yourself
The holiday home, as part of a settlement, is only about 100 metres from the lake. Here you will also find the jetty where our rowing boat (4 persons) is waiting for you. A second mooring for your own small boat/canoe is also available.
A public bathing area with sandy beach, sunbathing lawn, football field and beach volleyball court can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes via a path. The black lake is known for its very clean and clear water. There is a pizzeria with a large sun terrace right next to the beach.
It is incredibly idyllic and quiet at Schwarzer See, as no motor boats are allowed (only e-motor). Nevertheless, it is connected to the federal waterway and is also a good starting point for water hikers.
Overall, there is rather little boat traffic on the lake and for anglers and paddlers the entire region is a paradise.
As passionate anglers, we have therefore designed our holiday home to meet the needs of demanding anglers. There is enough space in the garden hut for the fishing equipment and an angler's package (optionally bookable) with electric motor, echo sounder, rod holders and comfortable seats for the boat
A fish cleaning area at the back of the house is also available for gutting your fish. We kindly ask you to clean your catch only at the fish cleaning place and to dispose of fish waste in the household rubbish (please do not throw it on the compost to avoid attracting raccoons).
In addition to anglers, the Mecklenburg Lake District is particularly popular with canoeists and cyclists. There is a canoe station in Mirow that offers guided tours as well as canoe hire. Mushroom pickers also get their money's worth in the surrounding forests, some of which are very rustic.
For other activities, you will find flyers from various providers in the house. A good place to start is the tourist information office in Mirow, where you can get information about leisure activities in the Müritz region.
The village of Schwarz is about 6 km from the town of Mirow, with its beautiful castle and various shopping facilities. It is only 30 km to the "mother" of all lakes - the Müritz.

The house is always professionally cleaned before each use.
Please put the yellow bag, cardboard and glass waste on the terrace when leaving on the day of departure. Our cleaning service will take care of the rest. Please dispose of kitchen waste exclusively on the composter. Thank you very much :)
The tenant declares himself liable for any damage caused by himself.

Super fishing vacation
Top equipment and very well-kept environment. The only drawback is the staircase to the upper floor. You should already be in good health and consider how much and what you drink in the evening because of the way to the toilet. Fly screens and shutters on all windows, and even the entrance door was mosquito-proof. We had never seen that before. Simply top.

Pure nature directly on the lake
The Finn cottage is ideal for those who like a quiet environment for their holiday. The lake and the boat, which is included in the rental price, can be reached on foot in 1-2 minutes. We had our fishing equipment with us and could therefore go out on the lake to fish every day without much trouble. As the weather was still quite cold, we heated the stove in the living room every day, which our child in particular enjoyed extremely. There was enough wood available. On Easter Monday, however, we could even use the beautiful terrace in the sunshine. The kitchen equipment must definitely be praised. There was really everything you need for cooking. There was even baking paper, aluminium foil and cling film. This is something you rarely or never find.
Everything was very clean and nicely furnished and, as is obvious with a Finnish cabin, small and cosy.
We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Super holiday

Pure relaxation
The holiday home is equipped with everything you need, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Particularly noteworthy is the cleanliness and the location by the forest, which allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet and the birdsong day and night. Good fishing waters, no motor boats, no hustle and bustle. Note: Those who do not wish to book the fishing package should bring a second anchor.

Absolute Spitzenklasse!!!!
Ich kann mich allen anderen Bewertern hier nur anschließen! Superschön gelegen, alles ist drin, drum und dran! Herr Taner Demir als Vermietr war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Hier kommen Angler und Familien voll auf Ihre Kosten! Das Ruderboot liegt sehr gut im Wasser(ob mit oder ohne Anglerpaket!) und droht nicht wie andere gleich umzukippen! Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage! Die netten Nachbarn sind auch zu erwähnen, von denen man gute Stellen zum Angeln bekommt! Wir möchten uns nochmals für die schöne Zeit hier bedanken und kommen in jedem Fall wieder! Weiter so!!!

Idyllische Finnhütte
Die voll ausgestattete Finnhütte liegt absolut ruhig. Die Umgebung lädt zu sehr schönen Spaziergängen und Bootstouren ein.
Abends nutzten wir den Kamin, der das ganze Haus, bis in die Schlafräume aufgewärmt hat. Bedenken hatten wir erst wegen der steilen Treppe. Doch die Kinder haben das ohne Probleme gemeistert.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Finnhütte und werden diese natürlich auch weiter empfehlen und sicherlich selbst noch einmal buchen.
Wir danken auch dem Vermieter, für den sehr freundlichen Austausch.

Schöne Urlaubswoche!
Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in der Finnhütte verbracht.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Die Ausflüge mit dem Boot waren auch sehr schön. Da kommt man gerne noch mal wieder.

Super Finnhütte, absolut empfehlenswert
Wir haben 7 tolle, erholsame u. entspannte Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus (Finnhütte) verbracht. Super Anwesen, alles tip top gepflegt, sehr neuwertig und sauber. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir haben das Anglerpaket genutzt, alles da was der Angler braucht :-)
Und ein großes Danke an Herrn Tarik Demir, sehr freundlicher und bemühter Vermieter. Ein absolut reibungsloser Ablauf von Anfang bis Ende. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben eine Woche mit vier Personen dort Urlaub gemacht. Es war alles so wie es beschrieben wurde. Das Haus war mit allem was man brauchte ausgestattet und es war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten war perfekt und das tolle Wetter konnten wir auf der schönen Terasse genießen. Für die kleinen Einkäufe brauchte man zwar schon ein Auto aber trotz allem konnte man in das am See gelegene italienische Restaurant auch mal ein schönes Essen genießen. Auch die Hauseigentümer waren sehr freundlich. Im großen und ganzen war es ein toller Urlaub und ich würde es immer wieder empfehlen.

Wunderbare,geruhsame Tage
Das Haus ist mit allem, was man braucht, bestens ausgestattet. Der Zustand der Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Hervorzuheben neben allem anderen, die konsequente Ausstattung sämtlicher Fenster(und Tür) mit Fliegen/Mückengittern. Und am Morgen wird man beim Aufwachen schon mit einem herrlichen Vogelkonzert empfangen. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich. Die Pizzeria in der Nähe ist gut. die Ausfahrt mit dem Elektroboot auf den Schwarzer See war ein echtes Erlebnis. Im Haus gibt es ein Ringbuch, in dem alles, was wichtig ist, in sehr übersichtlicher Weise dargestellt wird. Fazit: Am besten bucht man gleich fürs nächste Jahr wieder, weil sonst vielleicht kein Termin mehr zu haben ist. Denn so etwas spricht sich ja herum...

Wir kommen definitiv wieder! :)
Diese Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die geschmackvolle, hochwertige und moderne Einrichtung. Besonders überrascht war ich von der voll ausgestattete Küche, dem Kamin, dem sehr bequemen Sofa, Fernseher (wobei die Zeit dafür dort zu Schade ist), eine geräumige Tiefkühltruhe, und einen neuen Fisch-Putzplatz. Auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen lässt sich das Haus sehr schnell mit Kamin und Luftkonvektor aufheizen. Trotz der Nähe zum See sind Stechmücken im Haus kein Thema, wir haben wunderbar und mückenfrei bei offenem Fenster schlafen können. Die Insektengitter im gesamten Haus sorgen dafür, dass alles Unerwünschte draußen bleibt. Die Geräuschkulisse (Frösche, Kuckuck, Uhu, Vögel) ist unglaublich beruhigend. Auf der großen und viel Privatsphäre bietenden Terrasse, lässt sich der Abend besonders angenehm ausklingen. Die an die Terrasse angrenzende Rasenfläche ist gepflegt und bietet viel Platz für Kinder.
Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur für Angler super geeignet ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen, auch kinderlose Paare komme voll auf Ihre Kosten. Ein Restaurant ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Mit dem Boot, das im Mietpreis inkl. ist, kann man den naheliegender See erkunden. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Gern wieder!
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben zumindest nichts vermisst. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und hat genügend Freiraum zu den Nachbargrundstücken. Auf dem See sind Motorboote nicht erlaubt, wir hatten daher sehr relaxte Angelausflüge. In der näheren Umgebung machten wir auch lohnende Ausflüge per Rad nach Mirow und Wesenberg. Von uns gibt es jedenfalls Daumen hoch.
