The summer holiday home is located in the small village of Schwarz, in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, in the district of Mecklenburg Lake District, on Lake Schwarzer See. The holiday property has its own lake access. There is a rowing boat available for our guests, which can be used at any time. It is about 40 m from the house to the lake. There is a large garden bordered by trees and bushes at the house where you can chill out wonderfully, from here you cannot see the lake. The large holiday home has 3 floors. The kitchen is in the basement, with a large glass door into the garden. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and dining room. In the attic there is a living room and a quarter-covered roof terrace. From the ground floor and the attic you have a fantastic view of the lake. The house is not recommended for guests with children and for older guests, as the stairs in the house are very narrow and steep. The summer holiday home is ideal for people who are looking for peace and quiet, who like fishing or boating.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Schwarz , at Schwarzer See. The house is quietly situated in a landscape conservation area, in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Schwarz is a municipality in the south of the Mecklenburg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Schwarz lies on the shore of the
Black Lake. From the holiday home, numerous other lakes can be reached on land and water in the immediate vicinity. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach Mirow, one of the most beautiful small towns in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Canow, the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
