Our cosy holiday flat has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. On request, we can provide you with a cot. The spacious living room , with integrated kitchen and dining area invites you to linger comfortably. Our bathroom has a shower and window. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the complex. There is a small playground and a barbecue area on the property. You will find parking spaces directly at the house. We have a bicycle garage for your bicycles

Very satisfied
We stayed for 3 nights in a very nice apartment in the Swallow's Nest. The location is perfect for bike tours with the whole family. The apartment was spacious and perfect for 4 people. Everything was very clean. We had a large terrace facing south. The hostess and the property manager were very accommodating and always helpful. I can only recommend the Swallow's Nest.

Beautiful stay
We were at the Schwalbennest in Neßmersiel for 3 days. The reception was very friendly. The apartment was quite large with a nice south-facing terrace. Everything was very clean. We lacked nothing in the furnishings. The location was perfect, as the house is quietly situated in a cul-de-sac, but the supermarket and bakery are only a 3-minute walk away. We really enjoyed the 3 days.

Absolutely recommended!
Beautiful large and ground-level apartment. Very clean. Everything you need is there. It is pleasantly quiet, but a good location for excursions throughout East Frisia. The price is affordable and the communication with the owner and the manager was very pleasant. Overall, highly recommended.

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt , hatten alles , was wir brauchen und war sehr sauber.
Die Lage war super.

Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten und für 4 Personen perfekt . Alles sehr sauber .Wir hatten eine große Terrasse mit Südseite . Die Besirzerin und die Hausverwalterin waren sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit.
Ich kann das Schwalbennest nur empfehlen.
An der Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt.
Die Lage war perfekt , da das Haus zwar ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen ist , aber zum Supermarkt und Bäcker zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten entfernt ist.
Wir haben die 3Tage sehr genossen.
Wir kommen wieder!
Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.
Wohnung war super, bis auf eine Kleinigkeit.

Wohnung ziemlich groß, alles ebenerdig , sehr sauber und gemütlich!
Lage perfekt für Ausflüge , strandnah und sehr ruhig.
Kontakt angenehm und hilfsbereit
Zu dem wenn man Bettwäsche zu mietet, bekommt man einfach einen Korb mit Wäsche und Handtücher hingestellt und man kann es selbst überziehen.
Zu dem sind keine Mülltüten vorhanden. Allgemein ist dieses durchaus das schlechteste was wir hatten.
Hier sind zwar Hunde erlaubt aber dennoch kein eingezäuntes Grundstück wo sich die Fellnase draußen auslassen kann beim toben. Ich persönlich fand den Empfang von der Frau die uns die Wohnung übergeben hatte sehr unfreundlich überhetzt und wollte einfach nur alles schnell hinter sich bringen.
Diese Wohnung verdient ihren Preis keinesfalls.
Die Besitzerin dieser Ferienwohnung sollte mal drüber nachdenken etwas zu unternehmen bevor ihr weitere Gäste ausbleiben, denn dies hier ist absolut ein No-Go .

Tolle Wohnung , super Lage , sehr nette Begrüßung und spitzen Preis-Leistung Verhältnis! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
Vorweg: Die Waschmaschine ist laut Anzeige da, aber jeder Waschgang kostet Geld. Das sollte in der Anzeige stehen, denn das ist unerwartet, und 5€ sind teuer. Familien waschen fast jeden Tag, das schlägt nochmal mit 10-20€ zu. Noch dazu muss man sich die Waschmaschinen teilen, denn nicht jeder Haushalt hat eine. Dann ist da die insgesamt dürftige Ausstattung der Küche. Der billigste (nach Plastik riechende) Wasserkocher vom Tedi Markt, der zudem keine Basis hat, sondern als ganzes mit Kabel in der Steckdose sitzt, also herausnehmen und einfüllen geht nicht. Es existiert keine Spülmaschine (immerhin steht das in der Anzeige), stumpfe Messer, winzige völlig mishandelte Schneidbretter, zerbeulte Pfannen mit degradierter Teflonschicht, nur 2 große Tassen und nur 4 Teller (pro Größe). Dann ist da ein unpassender Wasserhahn am Spülbecken eingebaut, der viel zu klein ist mit zwei primitiven Ventilen und ohne Mischhahn. Geschirrspülen ist damit unbequem. Und das Highlight ist eine Mikrowelle, die sich kaum bedienen lässt, weil sie im Schrank verbaut ist und deshalb nur zur Hälfte auf geht, mehr als eine Tasse lässt sich nicht hinein schieben. Das Wohnzimmer ist abends dunkel, es gibt nur wenig und schlecht im Raum verteilte Lampen, die Sessellehne ist kaputt und immer maximal zurückgelehnt. Und es existieren keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, immerhin gibt es eine Fliegenklatsche. Dann wird nach Mülltrennung verlangt, aber es existiert nur ein Mülleimer im Haus. Wir liefen dann jeden Abend mit dem täglichen Hausmüll zu den Tonnen hinaus. Zuletzt war da die wechselnde Wassertemperatur in der Dusche, weil der Durchlauferhitzer ständig umschaltete (es klickte in der Wand ständig), somit musste man ständig nachregeln.
Die größten Sünden sind demnach die versteckten Kosten der Waschmaschine, und die dürftige Küchenausstattung. 3/5
