Description
A beautiful, tranquil holiday home with private pool at the Pollença golf club. Perfect for families. The area around the pool is fenced off, so it is safe for children.
This romantic house is situated on the outskirts of Pollença’s old town, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful Mediterranean countryside.
The interior of the house is furnished in a charming rustic style and offers two double bedrooms, one bathroom and a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen.
Outside, you will find a covered, furnished terrace with a lovely barbecue area. Behind the house, there is a private swimming pool and sun terrace, equipped with sunbeds and offering a view of the garden.
The house is close to the Pollença golf club, while the sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollença can be reached with a 15-20 minute drive. Pollença’s old town is four kilometres away.

Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

Amazing house with great location

It was beautiful again
Even at the end of October you can dare to go to Mallorca! We had a wonderful week full of sunshine and with warm sea.
The finca was typical for the island and very comfortably furnished and we wanted for nothing. The sun loungers and table tennis table were put to good use.
This was now our 6th stay via contacto-mallorca and everything went wonderfully smoothly and uncomplicated again.

This was an amazing place to stay, tucked away in the beautiful and peaceful countryside. It had everything you needed in the accommodation. It was clean, tidy, and welcoming. It felt so homely from the moment we arrived. The outside area was beautiful; our children loved playing in the garden. Martina was also an amazing host. She was so quick to respond and sort things out. We had to change our arrival date, and she made every effort to accommodate us. She was so helpful. This is a perfect place to unwind and relax while still close to many towns and beaches. Highly recommend this place. Thank you, Martina.

We had a wonderful week at Martina’s place. It’s a peaceful spot, a short drive from Pollença and the coast, ideal for a relaxing getaway. Martina was really helpful with local advice and always responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommended!
