Large sunbathing lawn behind the house with bicycle carport, barbecue and summer furniture, parking 200m further (public for a fee) or 400m /(long water) free of charge. Old island house newly renovated. Large garage and 300sqm meadow behind the house for sunbathing.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Dogs for a fee.
