The apartment has an area of 70 sqm and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. From the entrance, you reach the hallway, which leads to the other rooms. The central part of the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is connected to a comfortable living room that offers a pull-out sofa for two people and a LED SAT-TV for relaxing evenings.
The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, furnished with double beds and fresh bed linen. Each bedroom is bright and ensures a pleasant night's rest. Guests have access to two bathrooms. The larger bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and a fan, while the smaller one features a shower cabin, toilet, and a sink. Soft towels are available in both bathrooms.
The outdoor area of the apartment is a true oasis of tranquility. The 500 sqm fenced property offers complete privacy. The spacious terrace is covered and equipped with a dining table and a fireplace where you can prepare local delicacies. Particularly noteworthy is the 24 m² private pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. Here, you can enjoy the sun and refresh yourself amid tranquility and greenery. A parking space is also available and is shared with the owners. The owners live on the first floor of the house and have a separate entrance, which guarantees you complete privacy.

Just great!!!!
This holiday flat, or rather this holiday home, can only be recommended. The landlords who live on site are very, very nice and helpful, but you hardly notice them. At first we had reservations about living in a house directly with the landlord, but these reservations were completely unnecessary, as you hardly notice the landlords. The equipment of the house is complete and there is nothing to complain about or to notice that anything is missing. Particularly noteworthy is the absolute cleanliness down to the last corner. It is very rare to find something like this. Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again. The pool, the terrace and the entire environment are just great and you enjoy your holiday right from the start. We can therefore recommend this accommodation 100% with a clear conscience!

Beautiful holiday
Clean house and swimming pool, friendly landlords.
On arrival water, some coffee and tea, toilletpaper and herbs in the house.
It was close to the road with a lot of traffic
Klimno en Silo, Solino and Cizici are close by
Krk wonderful!
Punat and Baska are very close but too far away for evening visits only.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
