Comfortable apartment with a private swimming pool, garden and BBQ that is situated on the ground floor is a perfect choice for your vacation. It is located 2500 meters away from the sea, close enough to easily reach it, but still far enough to relax in a quiet atmosphere.
Holiday apartment is located in a small and peaceful village Hlapa on the island Krk. Apartment has 70 m2 of inner space and it is quality and comfortably furnished. Inside the holiday apartment you will find a hallway, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cozy living room with sofa bed, that has a bed function and it is suitable for two extra guests. Three king size double-bedded bedrooms with bed linens provide peaceful nights sleep. First bathroom offers a shower, toilet, a washing machine,a bidet, a fan and towels. Second bathroom offers a shower, toilet and towels. All the rooms get plenty of light during the day, though if you wish to do so, you can regulate brightness with shutters.
From the open area you can access the outdoor area with shaded terrace, 24 m2 private swimming pool, BBQ and second terrace with sun decks. The surrounding area has 500 m2 and it is completely fenced. Shaded parking spots are shared with owners that use first floor apartments, for which they have separate entrances, so your privacy is guaranteed.
This holiday apartment is equipped with all the technical amenities you might need (WiFi, air-condition, SAT LED TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner) and a private shaded parking spot. Holiday apartments are categorized for maximum 8 guests.

Just great!!!!
This holiday flat, or rather this holiday home, can only be recommended. The landlords who live on site are very, very nice and helpful, but you hardly notice them. At first we had reservations about living in a house directly with the landlord, but these reservations were completely unnecessary, as you hardly notice the landlords. The equipment of the house is complete and there is nothing to complain about or to notice that anything is missing. Particularly noteworthy is the absolute cleanliness down to the last corner. It is very rare to find something like this. Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again. The pool, the terrace and the entire environment are just great and you enjoy your holiday right from the start. We can therefore recommend this accommodation 100% with a clear conscience!

Beautiful holiday
Clean house and swimming pool, friendly landlords.
On arrival water, some coffee and tea, toilletpaper and herbs in the house.
It was close to the road with a lot of traffic
Klimno en Silo, Solino and Cizici are close by
Krk wonderful!
Punat and Baska are very close but too far away for evening visits only.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
We had a wonderful vacation in the house. We missed nothing, the landlords were super friendly, the pool was cleaned every morning. We would spend our vacation there again at any time.

A very well-equipped apartment, very clean and the pool is a dream ?? Not far to the various beaches in the area. Shopping only possible by car. The landlords upstairs are a very nice and helpful family. Can highly recommend this accommodation ??

Great holiday apartment with everything you could wish for.
After a long journey, we were welcomed very kindly with an espresso. The first look revealed that everything was better than expected.
The bedrooms clean, the bathrooms clean, the pool clean. Everything was to our utmost satisfaction.
Regularly new towels were provided, and the pool was also cleaned regularly.
We would go back at any time and can only recommend the accommodation.
