This beautiful ground-floor apartment, ideal for up to 5 people, combines modern comfort with Mediterranean flair. The sea is only 2500 meters away, so you can enjoy the tranquility of the village while at the same time having quick access to dreamlike beaches and activities.
A highlight of the apartment is the 150 m² garden, which is exclusively available to guests. In the garden, you can relax in the private pool or use the two terraces. The first terrace is ideally suited for a morning coffee and a relaxed start to the day. The second, covered terrace with a large wooden table and a fireplace is perfect for outdoor dining. The fireplace provides the opportunity to prepare various dishes – from hearty grilled dishes to Mediterranean specialties.
The 60 m² apartment has been completely renovated and furnished in a modern style. It consists of an open living area with kitchen, dining room, and living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary dishes. The dining table can accommodate up to six people, while the living room is equipped with a large television and a comfortable sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bed if needed. The bedrooms have double beds, high-quality bedding, and spacious wardrobes. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and offers fast Wi-Fi. An iron, ironing board, and a spacious parking area are also available. A special advantage is the vegetable garden next to the house, where guests can harvest fresh vegetables.

Great vacation
We were on Krk for the first time and found it very beautiful there: clean accommodation, nice landlady who regularly supplied us with treats, pool in the garden for the children's enjoyment, and a very nice seating area around the grill. Everything perfect for a lovely summer vacation that we really enjoyed.

Wonderful vacation
We were there in August 2023 and had a wonderful holiday. We were pampered and welcomed by the host. Nada baked me a lovely surprise for my birthday. We were spoiled by the owners with food and schnapps. The 2 house cats are so cute. We will come back in September 2025. We love Croatia.

Super nice hosts
One felt immediately "at home". We were greeted very nicely by the hosts upon arrival, even our little one (3 years old) was immediately warmly welcomed. After Nada and Toni showed us everything, we were totally enthusiastic about the apartment and the outdoor area. The pool is amazing, even if it's not heated, but once it has had 2-3 weeks of pure sun, which is not difficult in summer, it is certainly very pleasant. We also noticed a huge difference to the first day in the last 3 days.
Everything is really available, even spices in the kitchen. We always got fresh vegetables directly from the garden and even one evening fresh fish caught by Toni.
The only drawback is that the beach in Soline is this well-known "mud beach", we did not inform ourselves sufficiently beforehand, because you can still feel it in the water a few sections further on the beach. But that was not a big problem for us, since you need a car to get there, you can reach beautiful beaches with clear water only 1-2 km away!
All in all, top accommodation with very warm hosts, a lot of privacy but still a contact person on site at a top price-performance ratio!

I highly recommend, an amazing apartment, wonderful hosts. The owner, Mrs. Nada, treated us like royalty. A vacation straight out of a fairy tale. We will be coming back here. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
