Description
Rustic apartment with a private and heated swimming pool is located on the ground floor in a traditional Mediterranean stone house. House has a special charm as it was built in 1890 and it was completely renovated in 2018. The interior of the apartment is furnished in the spirit of the local Mediterranean tradition and adapted to the needs and requirements of modern lifestyle. The sea is just 2500 meters away, close enough to easily reach it, but still far enough to avoid all the hustle.
The stone house is a surrounding of 400m2 with three shaded parking spaces, a beautiful garden with more than hundred years old olive three and spacious and conveniently placed private terrace with outdoor dining table for 6 guests. You can savor in the private and heated swimming pool, have a drink in the shade or even make your own dinner at the grill. The swimming pool is the size of 18m2. You can relax by the pool on deck chairs or refresh under an outdoor shower. Parking spots are shared with owners that use the first floor apartment only on weekends.
Before you enter the 65m2 apartment, you will step under the arched stone entrance. There you can sip your coffee on the coffee table, read a book or play darts. There you will find an entrance to the first bedroom, which has a double bed, flat TV and a fan. Next door leaves you at the entrance of the rest of the apartment. You will enter an open space with a fully equipped kitchen with a hidden washing machine, a dining area for 6 guests and a living room with sofa and flat SAT TV. You can easily pull open the hidden extra mattress on the sofabed in the living room if you wish to accommodate two more guests.
Another lovely double bed bedroom with a SAT TV is in the next room. Apartment offers a bathroom with a shower, toilet, a bidet, a fan and towels. The apartment is air-conditioned and provides free WiFi connection. Fine linens and accoutrements offer peaceful nights sleep.

Within 15 km you can reach Malinska, Vrbnik and the city of Krk, which is one of the oldest towns on the Adriatic with ancient walls, towers and Roman ruins. You can also visit the small town of Vrbnik, which is located on a cliff 50 meters above sea level and is known for its vineyards, excellent wines and traces of the ancient Greeks. Punat is the largest marina in the Adriatic and is located near the beautiful little island of Košljun, where the only inhabitants are a group of Franciscan monks who live in St. Mary's Monastery. You can visit Baška and relax on the biggest sandy beaches of the whole island. In the bay of Soline you can enjoy healthy mud or visit the cave Biserujka, which offers a variety of cave decorations - calcareous sinter, stalagmites and stalactites.

Great flat
The flat is a bit out of the way on a road, but everything was 100% top!!!
Very nice landlords who are only present on weekends.
Nice pool, overall everything extremely well maintained and lots of toys for children. We felt very comfortable!
So if you are mobile and want to explore different bathing bays every day, this is an ideal base! Peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle is guaranteed. ???

Tolles kleines Haus
Wunderschönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen mit sehr sehr netten Vermietern. Das Häuschen hat eine gute zentrale Lage von der man die vielen schönen Buchten von Krk ansteuern kann. Toll für Familien mit Kindern. Neben dem Pool und dem Trampolin waren schon einige Spiele und Malbücher und Stifte vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Rundum zufrieden
Wurden sehr nett empfangen, das old stone house ist enzückend, toller Pool, hochwertige Ausstattungen im Haus. Waren überwiegend allein, die Besitzer kamen nur mal am Wochenende, waren aber jederzeit erreichbar. Ein Stern Abzug, weil das Haus direkt an der Straße steht. Weiter zu empfehlen.

relaxing holiday in dream holiday flat
The holiday flat is a real dream. With a pool for everyone's use. The kitchen is well stocked so you don't have to take anything with you. There was also a hairdryer, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine. Everything was very clean and well maintained. It is not far to the sea and there are different beaches available. From shallow gravel or sandy beaches to the typical rocky beach, which was great for snorkelling. The landlords are extremely nice and happy to help with tips. They occupy the upper floor from time to time, but are as good as invisible and "do not disturb" in any way. We spent a wonderful relaxing holiday and are still a bit sad about the great pool and sea.
