Spend your unforgettable holiday in Croatia on the sunny island of Krk in the holiday house Margareta Hlapa near Dobrinj between Soline and Gostinjac . Here you will find this beautiful and architecturally appealing holiday home. The house consists of 2 flats which are connected by external stairs. The ground floor flat 1 has 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom, additional toilet and laundry room, a living room with sleeping possibility for 1-2 persons, a kitchen and a dining room with direct access to large terrace where you can eat outside with view to garden and playground. Upstairs is flat 2 with 2 bedrooms with bathroom and a kitchen-living room with access to flat 2. terrace with dining table on terrace with sea view . Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine on the beautiful terrace 3. the roof terrace sun terrace with sun loungers and a fantastic view of the green nature, the olive groves and the sea with romantic sunsets with the mountain Velebit in the background. Behind the house is terrace 4. family terrace with barbecue area completely covered with large barbecue and regular table solid wood for 8-10 people. The holiday house is fully equipped for a pleasant stay with many entertainment possibilities. Dobrinj is an interesting old island castle with many possibilities for leisure and active holidays. There are old town promenades, sports and gastronomic facilities, cultural and historical sights. Get to know the rich cultural heritage of this unique island and experience a varied holiday with boarding in Punat, a go-kart track in the village of Krk and numerous cycling and hiking trails with beautiful viewpoints. Our two-family house Margareta is a four-star house at 200 meters above sea level. In the residential and holiday villas area in the village Hlapa near Soline municipality Dobrinj island Krk in green surroundings and not far from the beach in Soline Risika Silo Klimno Enjoy our quiet location with sea view and to the mountain Welebit, the panoramic views from Our roof terrace to Rijeka Opatija Crikvenica and Kvarner Bay will not leave you indifferent. There is enough parking space for 5 cars on our property.
In just a few minutes you can reach all the beaches in our area. The location is also suitable for sportsmen, cyclists and hikers. Cultural and culinary offers are not lacking. Not far from our house there is Soline bay with mud bath for joints and bones, which cures rheumatism. The air is very good for people suffering from asthma and lung problems. Iodine air and very warm sea water. And very salty water.

The roof terrace:
From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The roof terrace is completely furnished with table, deck chairs and sunshades. In our garden you have the possibility to prove your barbecue skills on our big brick barbecue. Furthermore, the little ones will not miss out, in our 980 m² garden there is also a lot for the children, children's swing as well as trampoline, slide and enough toys and space to play. The house was built in 2000 and was partially renovated in 2021.

Top holiday flat
We had a very nice time in a fully equipped holiday flat. Hospitable and very nice hosts, one of the most beautiful roof terraces with a view of the sea and all situated in such a way that the most beautiful beaches in the area can be reached quickly. You can discover new individual beaches every day. Great restaurants and everyone is very friendly. We enjoyed every day here very much. Price performance is top! The kids had a blast - we'll be back!!!

Summer vacation 2021
Peter is an absolutely pleasant, likeable and courteous landlord/host. The booking and payment went smoothly. The house is equipped with everything you need to recover 100% and the location is great, as it is absolutely quiet in the village and the region has a stunning view from the roof terrace.

Unforgettable vacation in the Margareta holiday home
Super nice, clean and well-maintained holiday home with top equipment and a beautiful view. Due to its location on the mountain and the adjacent forest area, it is always pleasantly cool in the evening. The landlords are very warm and friendly people, they speak fluent German. The playground was a special delight for our children.

The short 2 weeks for holiday home Margareta
The Margareta holiday home is a true paradise, especially for children! The apartments have top-notch facilities and there are really no wishes left unfulfilled here.
Rarely have we found such a good infrastructure - even charging cables for mobile phones are provided by the Jurkovic family. Iron, ironing board, etc.
The location of the house is ideal for those who prefer a quiet location but don't want to miss out on the benefits of the sea and the city (however, it is recommended to drive to the beach by car), because parking spaces directly at the beach are free. We recommend Risika sandy beach, Silo pebble beach, Kamp pebble beach, Klimno pebble beach, Soline pebble beach, and Moor... For us, the rooftop terrace was perfect, as well as the barbecue area, and the children were thrilled with the playground. Lots of space, lots of comfort. The two weeks went by so quickly. The house is very, very clean and new. We will come back and can highly recommend it, especially for families with children. Thank you for everything to the Jurkovic family.

Tolle Wochen mit unseren Kindern
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem super Zustand und alles wirkt sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die 3 Terrassen. Da der Ort von Wäldern umgeben ist, haben wir die frische Luft am Abend sehr genossen. Der Ort selber ist sehr ruhig und klein. Aber Bäcker und Lebensmittelläden sind mit dem Auto in ca. 5-10 min. zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sprechen Deutsch.
Es waren 2 sehr erholsame Wochen auf der Insel Krk.

Familientreffen in Ferienhaus-Margareta Krk
Super tolles Ferienhaus
Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und durften stets großherzige Gastfreundschaft erleben. Die Gastgeber waren toll. Rundherum hat uns alles gefallen. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sehr glücklich. Ein schönes Ferienhaus, um sich nach einem aktiven Tag zu entspannen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und mit allem eingerichtet was man so für den Alltag braucht. Gemütlich kann man den Tag auf der Terrasse oder mit dem Grill ausklingen lassen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

"The flat of Peter and Margareta is located in a small village in the interior of the island. The beaches and supermarkets nearby can be reached quickly and easily by car. It was very pleasant and quiet for sleeping. The accommodation is very well equipped. We didn't want for anything. It was also very spacious and clean. We were provided with towels. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, toaster, air conditioning and much more. What we liked most was the hospitality of Peter and his wife, and the great barbecue area behind the house. We were allowed to use the roof terrace, the view from there is unique. There are five comfortable parking spaces in front of the house. The communication in advance was great (Peter and his wife speak German). We received a warm welcome on arrival. We thank you for the great five days and will gladly come again."

Beautiful holiday in holiday house-margareta on the island of Krk
We spent a wonderful and relaxing holiday on the island of Krk together with our friends. The really beautiful and excellently furnished holiday home certainly played a big part in this. Since we rented both flats with our friends, we can also confirm that both flats were excellently equipped. Everything was clean, well-maintained and in perfect condition. The various terraces, whether in front of or behind the house, were also very cosy. The highlight was of course the roof terrace, from which you could enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. We made full use of all the information and suggestions for leisure and gastronomy given to us by the landlord in advance, and we can only give a big compliment here too.
