Villa Franica is a romantic, charming and beautifully decorated villa with spectacular and breathtaking views.
Private pool located in a large garden overlooking the fantastic valley of Raša.
The house has 3 bedrooms with large king-size beds. Two extra beds are available and can be placed in one of the bedrooms. On the first floor of the house there is the kitchen, living room and dining room, all in an open area. The first bedroom is also on the first floor, along with 1 bathroom. Two more bedrooms and one more bathroom are on the second floor. The ground floor is currently unavailable, we plan to open it for next year.

Sutivanac is a small village in the centre of Istria. The area is known for delicious asparagus and amazing wine.
The valley of the river Raša, which all the way to the brilliant Adriatic Sea, is the amazing property of the village.
The view is absolutely spectacular. The evenings are quiet, the mornings are fresh and the sea is nearby.
Istria is a small peninsula, which means that within half an hour you can reach almost every other place - coastal towns, restaurants, beaches, medieval towns on hills, aquaparks, adrenaline
