The beautiful Villa Ivona is located only a few minutes from the sea in the eastern part of Istria. In a small village, in a quiet area on a large private property. The enclosed garden offers absolute privacy, a huge area for a private volleyball court, basketball court, swimming pool, trampoline and table tennis. Parking is secured for up to 5 cars!

The house was recently built in a wonderful style with spacious and practical interiors and a huge private garden. Inside, on the ground floor, there is a luxurious comfortable living room, a large beautiful kitchen equipped with all modern appliances and cutlery, connected to a dining area. An en-suite bedroom is also on the ground floor.

There is an additional kitchen with dining table and fireplace just steps above the pool. The dining room and the living room also have a direct exit to the pool. On the first floor you will find 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

In the outdoor area around the pool, are comfortable deckchairs with sunshades. The large outdoor area also includes a sand volleyball court, a swing, table tennis, a trampoline and a basketball court. Villa Ivona is really a well equipped house for a real holiday!
