Description
In our inviting 3-room holiday apartment (D13) Sommerschwalbe, just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea beach, you will find a lovingly furnished living and dining area, whose warm terracotta tones create a Mediterranean holiday atmosphere.
The fitted kitchen features modern amenities and numerous kitchen utensils, while the sturdy dining table invites you to enjoy convivial meals. In the evening, you can relax in the cozy living area and enjoy a modern flat-screen TV.
The spacious bedroom with a double bed and headboard, as well as the smaller bedroom with a bunk bed, are equipped with blinds so that the rising sun does not wake you.
As soon as you wake up, you can step directly onto your terrace, which is visually extended by the adjoining lawn.
The bathroom offers a shower, toilet, and a heated towel rail. Our apartments are located in a lovingly designed holiday village, surrounded by plenty of greenery and just a few minutes’ walk from the picturesque Baltic Sea beach.
In the different hamlets, one of which even has a pond, you can leave everyday stress behind and enjoy the relaxed holiday atmosphere.
Playgrounds for young and old are arranged so that they do not disturb the peace in our apartments and on the terraces. To stay connected with the big wide world, Wi-Fi is available, and on our website with the blog "Rügentipps" you will find numerous pieces of information for your vacation planning.
During the summer months, all windows are fitted with insect screens, and each apartment has an assigned parking space. Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Special features:

Finally being able to go back to the beach, that alone was so nice. And everything in the apartment and surroundings was just as we had hoped for.

Super flat, super location
We liked the descriptions so much that we would have been satisfied even if only half of them had been right. The price was so interesting that we just had to book. And then the surprise :-) Description and reality match exactly! We are new fans and will gladly come again.
