This luxuriously furnished modern villa with sea view is located in Pješcana Uvala directly on the beach. The blue tones and maritime interior details have a perfect effect, making you want to extend your vacation. The villa is spread over two floors - on the first floor there is a bedroom, dining room and living area from which you can access the terrace, while the other bedrooms are located on the second floor. Besides the beautiful view from the terrace, on the balcony you can enjoy the first morning coffee with the sound of the waves. Here you can just completely relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest!
From the property to the beach is 10 meters and the distance to the center is 200 meters. The nearest grocery store is 500 meters from the vacation property. In 20 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Everything was perfect!
It was very easy to book through you - thank you very much! The villa is stylishly furnished. We really liked the location with the beautiful view of the harbor and the proximity to the small beach. Tanjusha is a very nice landlord.

Autumn break
Thank you very much! We spent our autumn holidays in Pula and really enjoyed the villa by the beach. The house was ideal for 2 families with 5 teenagers: 4 double bedrooms, each with a separate shower.
