Description
We built our house new in May 2010 and furnished it with love. It is the best place for quiet and relaxing vacations under the sun of Florida. The amenities are perfect, modern, and cozy. Such as the fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with granite counter. The chic rattan furniture, 55" flat-TV, hi-fi system, DVD player (international) in the living room. Master bedroom with king-size bed and 42" flat-screen TV; Guest bedroom I with queen-size bed and 42" TV, and finally Guest room II with 2 single beds.
Everywhere, top-comfort mattresses guarantee sleep like at home.
High-speed WLAN is a matter of course.
All television sets receive Internet TV (USA) and local channels via antenna.
German TV can be received via installed streaming modules on the televisions in the Master; Living room. The master bathroom has 2 sinks, a large shower, and a separate toilet. In the guest bathroom, there is a bathtub (accessible from the pool area).
On the extra-large terrace (west-facing), you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening. Sunshades and a canopy also allow for shaded hours. Particularly, the magnificent sunset over the palms opposite the canal is a daily unforgettable experience. (Terrace furniture: table, 6 chairs, 4 loungers; 2 parasols, Weber gas grill)
The large pool allows for year-round swimming pleasures; it can be heated electrically to up to 28° C if needed during the winter months.
And it should also be mentioned that our house is hurricane-proof. Even the century storms (IAN /2022; Milton/ 2024) could not significantly damage our house! While IAN was raging, our guests could stay in the house unharmed. Additionally, in 2023 we have invested in hurricane safety (storm shutters; hurricane-proof windows) so that one can feel safely protected during the next storm season.
Max. occupancy 4 adults + 2 children (6 adults upon request).
For leisure activities, there are 4 bicycles, 1 children's bicycle, and a 3-person canoe available. For a large boat trip on the Gulf, you can rent a boat at a reasonable price from the house manager. Leisure activities:

With the available bicycles, you can explore the wonderful nearby areas of Southwest Cape Coral, which is highly recommended as a sporty addition to relaxing leisure time at the beach and pool. Paddling through the calm, endless canals and lakes, past the beautiful estates of CC is another holiday delight.
After a 25-minute drive through palm-lined boulevards, you reach the white sands of Fort Myers Beach.
For beach visits, 6 beach chairs and umbrellas are available.
If you want even more: Water jets and sailboats can be rented at any beach on Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach.

Perfect vacation
We had a great time at Villa Enjoy.
The house is nicely furnished and offers everything you need. We especially appreciated the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, and the great outdoor area. There are loungers and plenty of seating as well as a great pool!
Many thanks to the very nice landlords for the uncomplicated contact and the property management, which is always reachable! We would love to come back.

Stay Villa Enjoy Cape Coral
We spent 11 days in Florida and used the house as a "base" for excursions and multi-day trips. The house is well-equipped, with everything you need and also things you wouldn't expect. Among other things, in addition to bicycles and a canoe, even fishing gear and corresponding accessories. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. You can tell that the landlords also use the property themselves. Washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Weber grill...everything is there! The on-site property manager (Ralf) was also super nice and always reachable by phone or WhatsApp if needed. The house is "self-explanatory," so a long introduction was also avoided, very pleasant. We would recommend the house at any time; in terms of price-performance, it is one of the cheapest directly by the canal. The location by the canal is especially fantastic for fishing. We had contact with the landlords via email and once by phone, and again: very friendly. Full recommendation, unreservedly.

Risk of recurrence !!
Full 5-star rating for Villa Enjoy; if there were 6 stars, we would gladly give them. We have now been guests at the villa 4 times and have already booked for 2026. And for good reason, there is clearly a risk of addiction and a desire to repeat booking this great villa. Everything about it is just right. Starting from the very nice and competent contact with the landlords Regina and Joachim, along with a quick response time, to the smooth takeover and return of the villa.
The villa itself is located in the preferred area of Southwest Cape Coral in Pelikan, in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The nearest Walmart for shopping of all kinds is just 2 minutes away, and there are also plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance. All rooms of the villa are very beautifully designed, in impeccable condition, and very clean. Every conceivable equipment for beach visits, bicycles, canoe, pool loungers, sun umbrellas, hand and beach towels, etc. is available. We can highlight the comfortable box spring beds with flawless and beautiful bedding. The kitchen is also fully equipped with high-quality dishes and all cooking utensils. Just a feel-good oasis, where you can enjoy the first coffee on the lanai in the morning with a view of the canal and the local wildlife, but also a beautiful sunset on the pool deck. We felt completely comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa. Unfortunately, we now have to wait another year to enjoy the advantages of this great villa again. So, as already described in the title, we are repeat offenders, and for good reason. Once again, thank you to Regina and Joachim, your villa makes our Florida vacation perfect every time.
