Guests of the house appreciate our amenities such as sunbathing lawn, garage or covered car park, electric charging station for all cars, ski depot, ski boot dryer and free WLan. As befits a holiday on a farm, you will receive free fresh milk from our cows on request!
Our comfort rooms with shower/WC, satellite TV and radio are stylishly and high-quality furnished in typical country house style. We serve your very personal breakfast with products from our own farm.

In summer you will live in a sunny location with direct access to the Zillertal and Inn Valley cycle paths. Countless hiking trails in the First Holiday Region Zillertal can be easily reached by public transport or by car. Bathing enthusiasts enjoy relaxing days at the nearby Schlitters bathing lake, Therme Fügen with its outdoor adventure pool or in the atoll at Lake Achensee. Reachable in 10 - 15 minutes.
In winter, the free ski bus takes you to our ski areas Spieljoch or Hochfügen - Hochzillertal and back again, of course. Ski schools and ski rental as well as guest kindergartens can be found in all ski areas.

All-Inclusive Worry-Free Package
Our vacation began right upon our arrival in Strass; we immediately fell in love with the sight of the beautiful house. The outdoor area is very well-maintained, the location is a dream, and we received a warm welcome from the Leitner family. Our delight increased even more when we opened the door to our vacation apartment. We were greeted by tastefully and lovingly decorated bright, spotless rooms that made us feel at home immediately. We lacked nothing; you could really feel how much love and dedication went into furnishing and equipping the apartment. Strass itself is nestled idyllically in the beautiful Zillertal, from where countless excursion destinations can be quickly reached by Zillertalbahn/bus, by car, or by bike. The recommendations from our host family were also helpful, which we gratefully implemented. The farewell was not easy for us, but we will cherish the wonderful time at Kichelerhof for a long time, wish the Leitner family all the best, and are already looking forward to seeing them again.
