You will stay in an ideally located holiday flat with comfortable furnishings. It is located in a quiet and very well-kept residential and garden complex. You can reach the promenade and the white, wide, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach on foot in less than 5 minutes. The same applies to the town centre with its many shops, restaurants and cafés
There is a multi-storey car park only 3 houses away. Here, a covered parking space is reserved for you free of charge during your stay.
In the large living room, special emphasis has been placed on complete comfort
Watch TV, listen to music, read - or simply relax: The furniture invites you to relax
A comfortable leather couch, a TV armchair adjustable to your needs, a large smart TV, a stereo system with CD player, USB socket and port for iPad and iPhone await you.
Of the 2 couches in the living room, one has a sleep function in case you want to sleep separately.
You have free Wi-Fi access in the flat.
The well-equipped kitchenette with 4-plate ceramic hob, Miele dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with ice compartment is integrated into the living room.

Spring at the Baltic Sea ...
Cold but super sunny. It was really beautiful in Binz and we were able to relax well!

Highly recommended
The vacation rental was comfortably furnished and had everything you need. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped as well. The beach was within walking distance.
We will definitely come back!

A beautiful cozy apartment with balcony and beach chair, which we extensively used in the great weather of September. Everything is there to take care of yourself. We gladly recommend the apartment.
