You can now look forward to relaxing holidays in this holiday flat, which has been furnished with love, care and style:
In the bright, large living room you will find a comfortable couch with adjustable backrests, an individually adjustable recliner with fold-out footrest, a flat-screen TV with radio, a stereo system with CD player, board games, the comfortable dining area and a new kitchenette.
The kitchenette with plenty of work surface and storage space is equipped with a dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill function, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with ice compartment and very nice crockery from a binzer manufactory.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobe, window with external blinds and a second TV with radio reception.
The extra bed for a child up to 12 years can be made on the seat of the couch.
The elegantly tiled bathroom is equipped with a real glass shower, WC and hairdryer.
The "luxury bunk" has a comfortably furnished balcony facing south-east, which can be accessed from the living room
The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
Cot and high chair are provided free of charge if required.
A storage room offers space for your luggage.
A car parking space is available in the underground garage (entrance height 1.90 m).
You can use a beach chair between beach exit 40 and 41 at no extra charge.

The holiday flat is located in Haus Granitz, only a 3-minute walk from the fine white beach of the Baltic resort of Binz. The town centre and the pier are less than 5 minutes away. Various restaurants and numerous shopping facilities can be found near the holiday flat.
