Comfortable holiday flat in the heart of Binz- close to the beach and the centre:
You will stay in an ideally located holiday flat with comfortable furnishings. It is located in a quiet and very well-kept residential and garden complex. You can reach the promenade and the white, wide, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach on foot in less than 5 minutes. The same applies to the town centre with its many shops, restaurants and cafés
There is a multi-storey car park only 3 houses away. Here, a covered parking space is reserved for you free of charge during your stay.
In the large living room, special emphasis has been placed on complete comfort
Watch TV, listen to music, read - or simply relax: The furniture invites you to relax
A comfortable leather couch, a TV armchair adjustable to your needs, a large smart TV, a stereo system with CD player, USB socket and port for iPad and iPhone await you.
Of the 2 couches in the living room, one has a sleep function in case you want to sleep separately.
You have free Wi-Fi access in the flat.
The well-equipped kitchenette with 4-plate ceramic hob, Miele dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with ice compartment is integrated into the living room.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a radio. The window can be darkened by means of roller blinds or curtains.
The chic bathroom is equipped with a granite washbasin with wide shelves, a round shower, WC, hairdryer and a towel dryer.

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Frühling an der Ostsee ...
Kalt aber supersonnig. Es war richtig schön in Binz und wir haben uns gut erholen können!

Nur zu empfehlen
Die Ferienwohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch in der Küche war alles sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet . Der Strand war zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ausgezeichnet
Eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon und Strandkorb, die wir bei tollem im September Wetter noch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Es istt alles da, um sich selber zu versorgen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung.
Es war ein kurzentschlossener Spontanurlaub auf der Insel Rügen.
Der Preis war heiß und sogar WLAn und Parken war schon inkludiert.
Also haben wir zugeschlagen und wurden nicht enttäuscht: sehr sauber, hell und freundlich. Gute Lage im Ort, man ist schnell beim Bäcker, zum Einkaufen oder am Strand. Beim nächsten Mal buchen wir wieder hier.
