Location and surroundings of object
The location is ideal, only 100 meters from Sunny Beach Domburg and not even 100 meters from the center of Domburg! Equipped with various restaurants and shops. Also the supermarket is too far to reach. There are many cycle paths and hiking trails on the peninsula. Cities such as Middelburg, Vlissingen and Veere are 13 km away and can be easily reached by bicycle. An indoor pool and a golf course are available at about 250 meters walk.

Kein Entgegenkommen bei offensichtlichen Mängeln und Problemen
Ich war schon zweimal in diesem Haus. Beim ersten Mal war alles gut. Beim zweiten Mal war direkt bei Einzug der Wasserbeuler kaputt und hat ein permanentes, sehr lautes und unangenehmes Geräusch von sich gegeben - Tag und Nacht. Da der Einzug an einem Samstag stattfand, musste ich zwei Tage mit diesem Geräusch leben. Leider wurde dieser Schaden erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung behoben. Eine Entschädigung gab es nicht. Das Hotel hat noch nicht einmal die Geräuschbelästigung als solche anerkannt, sondern einfach behauptet, dass dieses Geräusch gar nicht so schlimm sei. Ich musste mit Kopfhörern fernsehen und habe das Zischen immer noch deutlich gehört. An Lesen war gar nicht zu denken. Die beiden ersten Nächte waren entsprechend unentspannt. Darüber hinaus musste ich den Urlaub auf einer Baustelle mit Restaurierungsarbeiten verbringen, die im Vorfeld nicht transparent vom Hotel kommuniziert worden sind. Auch hier gab es keine Entschädigung. Ich hätte gerne selbst entschieden, ob ich meinen Urlaub so verbringen möchte oder nicht. Das ist wirklich schade, denn das Haus ist an sich ganz in Ordnung. Aber wenn so mit Mängeln und Schäden umgegangen wird, kann man sich nie sicher sein, was einen vor Ort erwartet.
