Description
Our non-smoking house is occupied solely by our guests. On two terraces with garden furniture, one of them covered, ashtrays are of course also available. The property at the entrance area, approx. 450 sqm in size, is fenced. Next to the hallway with a large mirror there is a small storage room with various utensils that may be needed. From there you enter the large kitchen with dining area and the living-dining room. The kitchen includes enough cutlery, dishes, pots, and a basic supply of spices as well as vinegar, oil, flour, and sugar. A guest toilet is also available on the ground floor. From the living room, you can access the covered terrace on the south side of the house. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a full-size bed measuring 160x200cm.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with an adjacent forest area by the Kirchheller Heide nature reserve, with many cycling and hiking trails.
All the amenities of the big cities, as well as the vastness of the Lower Rhine, can be quickly reached by car.
In summer, our directly adjoining forest area offers plenty of space for hiking and especially for cycling.
In winter, numerous Christmas markets in the surrounding area are a wonderful destination for excursions.
