Newly renovated house with soundproof windows, tasteful and high-quality furnishings. Spacious 8-room apartment with ample space. 6 double rooms, all with washbasin, 3 of them with shower and toilet in the room. A fully equipped kitchen with 12 dining places, 2 refrigerators (freezer-cooler combination). A comfortable living room with TV, 4 bedrooms with TV, free internet and Netflix. Free ski depot at Intersport Rent Shop at the Versettla valley station. Free ski bus stops directly in front of the house, journey time 3 min to the Versettla valley station. The cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail run directly behind the house. Access is easy and always possible without snow chains. There is ample parking space at the house. Bread roll service on request. Ski room with boot heating. Minimum stay is one week.

Location and surroundings of object
Partenen is an idyllic place at the foot of the Silvretta high alpine road. The Silvretta High Alpine Road is considered one of the most beautiful panorama roads in the Alps. The largest ski area Silvretta Montafon is only km away. With 61 mountain railways and ski lifts, 140 km of downhill runs and 290 km of winter hiking trails it is one of the largest ski areas in Vorarlberg. In winter the Montafon is transformed into a true winter sports eldorado with possibilities for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, ski safaris, snowshoe hiking and touring.
In summer, the extensive network of tours offers many opportunities for hikers as well as cyclists or mountain bikers to explore and discover the beautiful surroundings.
