High-quality and lovingly furnished holiday flat on the upper floor for max. 4 persons.
The kitchen and living area are furnished in Frisian style: high-quality country house fitted kitchen with dishwasher, full-size cooker with 4 ceramic hobs and oven, as well as large refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, Senseo machine with espresso function, kettle, toaster, waffle iron and appropriate crockery and tea service.
A cosy dining area and the living area with Frisian furnishings, SAT TV, WII with exciting games for young and old, DVD player (selection of films), stereo system and tasteful decoration allow you to experience the Frisian dream! The sofa in the living room is extendable and has a reclining area of 1.40 x 2.00 m.
Enjoy a delicious Frisian tea or a cultivated glass of wine in style, in fine weather also on the south-facing balcony belonging to the flat, which is equipped with high-quality garden furniture. A parasol is also available.
You won't get cold feet with us! In addition to the pleasant designer flooring in real wood look (no laminate and no tiles), we have installed floor heating in the entire flat for the cold days and for children who like to play on the floor
Contact with the outside world? You have to work or check e-mails despite being on holiday? Your children or you want to stay in touch with your friends even on holiday? No problem, a powerful wireless lan is available to you free of charge in the Friesentraum holiday flat!
The bathroom is modernly furnished: Sanitary objects from the Catalano series, washbasin and shower fittings by Hans Grohe combined with large-format tiles offer a chic look without neglecting practicality. The fittings are complemented by a modern mirror cabinet by Keuco, a practical towel dryer, a stool and a vanity mirror. The hairdryer is also part of the equipment as a matter of course
In addition, the floor heating ensures a cosy feeling, as in the other rooms!
The bedrooms are bright and friendly and equipped with plenty of storage space. The mattresses and blankets are of high quality and of course suitable for allergy sufferers!
One bedroom is equipped with a double bed 180*200. The children's room in the attic has two beds standing apart. However, the two single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed for married couples. Both bedrooms have bedside tables and SAT TV
The children's travel bed can be placed either in the living room or in the additional room.
The mosquito screens in front of the bedroom windows and the balcony door keep the uninvited insects out of the flat.
Your suitcases can be stored in the additional storage room.
A beach chair at the nearby sandy beach (near DLRG and playground) is available to our guests free of charge.

Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, ride a Segway, sail or simply relax on the flat-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the beautiful wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with excavators, rafts, climbing boats, swings, Segway station, slides...
Of course, you can also stroll through the beautiful souvenir shops in Norddeich and then stop off at one of the lovely cafes or restaurants in the village.
Of course, the surrounding area also invites you to go for long walks or bike rides, where you can let the fresh sea air blow around your nose.
The surrounding towns and villages are also worth a visit. For example, Norden with its pedestrian zone, the Ludgeri Church and its numerous museums, or the dreamy fishing village of Greetsiel with its beautiful harbour or the beautiful castle park in Lütetsburg.

A very beautiful and stylishly furnished apartment in a prime location.
We felt very comfortable during our 2-week vacation. The apartment is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything. The only downside for us were the beds, the mattresses are worn out. The apartment is in a very nice location and you can reach everything within a few minutes on foot.

Beautiful holiday flat - anytime again!
We stayed in the "Friesentraum" for a week during the autumn holidays 2022 and felt very comfortable. The flat is very nicely furnished and offers everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The flat is very well located, especially if you arrive by train. But also the sea as well as a bakery and various restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity
We would love to come back again :-)
