Spacious hallway with wardrobe and small seating area. The living room is equipped with a modern kitchenette, dining area, the living area with couch set, TV, DVD, stereo and telephone. We heat environmentally friendly with pellets and solar!

Winterberg is a climatic health resort, therefore € health resort tax per person/day is charged per adult person from the age of 15.

Prices are valid from 4 nights! Short bookings (less than 4 nights) are possible for an extra charge. In the period from 22.12. to 02.01. and from 28.01. to 28.02. we have a minimum stay of 7 nights

Guest Accommodation Contract (GAC): The guest is obligated to pay the agreed price if the accommodation is not used, minus the expenses saved by the host - for holiday apartments, this is 10%. The host should attempt to re-let the holiday apartment if possible. Until the apartment is re-let, the guest must pay the agreed price for the duration of the contract. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

It was wonderful!

From June 1st to June 22nd, 2016, my sister and I spent our vacation with the Cramer family in Winterberg. From the very first moment, we were thrilled with our holiday accommodation. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, perfect for relaxing. The entire apartment was bright and clean. We immediately felt at home and comfortable. The surroundings were perfect for hiking, and since the weather was favorable, we were out exploring for at least 5 to 6 hours every day. At the end of our three weeks, we can say, "Everything was good all around! We wish you, the Cramer family, many lovely guests who will be as happy as we are! All the best, a sunny and joyful time. Mrs. Ingeborg Martens and Sr. Giseltrud"

Super Wohnung

We have never felt so comfortable in a vacation rental as in this one.
Everything just fit perfectly.
The apartment is excellently maintained and very well-equipped.
When we come back to Winterberg soon, we will definitely book one of the apartments at Haus Cramer.
This vacation rental can only be highly recommended.
