The house offers a cosy atmosphere The beautiful, renovated, open-plan rooms, which are all covered with terracotta or pitch pine, can be enjoyed by holidaymakers all year round. There are 2 separate accommodation units in the house, which can be rented separately or together. It is a non-smoking house. Smokers will find pleasant facilities outside. The ground floor flat can be booked with 5 persons, in consultation also with 6. There is a bedroom, a children's room and the spacious living-kitchen area. There is a washing machine in the bathroom
In the attic up to 4 persons can spend their holidays. A large bedroom offers various possibilities. Another room with cosy corners to relax lets the kitchen and living area flow into each other.

There are many concerts in the bathing resorts during the main season, guided walks, explorations, local history and also puppet theatre for the younger ones. Zinnowitz offers a very nice, interesting theatre in the tin box or outdoors in summer.

An idyll between Achterwasser and the sea
Even in the ground floor holiday apartment of the beautiful thatched house of the Musial family, we felt very comfortable at the end of September. Up to now, we only knew the cozy and lovingly furnished attic apartment. But now with a child, it was the right decision to rent the larger apartment. We knew about the cot and high chair, but even baby toys could be found in the children's room. A nice surprise, as one tries to limit oneself as much as possible when packing. It was a family vacation with three generations, so it was great that there are two separate bedrooms and a large bright dining and living area. This way we had plenty of space and could spread out well. We didn't miss anything. Especially nice is that no road passes directly by the house and you can sit in the green in front of the house. Although we have been here so many times, we are always drawn back here because we love the peace up here and the water. From this holiday home, you can reach the Achterwasser in two minutes and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It's also not far from the narrowest point of Zempin, from where you can see both the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. We have discovered new paths and destinations in the familiar surroundings and enjoyed our stay on the ground floor of the holiday home - what more could you want? We are returning to our favorite island and also to our favorite vacation home.

In the thatched-roof house in Zempin
The house is located very quietly on the Achterwasser. We enjoyed the peace and the birdsong. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes, but you can also take a leisurely walk along the Achterwasser.
The house was very clean and has everything you need for everyday life. We only rented the lower apartment, which is perfect for a family with two children. If there are more people, you can also rent the upper floor. The contact with Mrs. Musial was very friendly, and she responded very quickly to our inquiry. We received the key very reliably, and everything went smoothly. If you are looking for tranquility and still want to reach all places on Usedom quickly, this is the perfect place. We would love to come back sometime.

I have been a landlord on Usedom, in the village of Zempin, for 10 years. I love the sea, the coastal people, the beauty of nature, but above all the peace and quiet of the island.
