Description
The comfortable holiday flat has approx. 45m² of living space divided into the following rooms: A beautiful bright living/bedroom with separate kitchen, where you can dine comfortably together at the dining table. The modern bathroom was recently renovated and has a shower with washbasin and toilet. Furthermore, the flat has its own terrace with modern garden furniture, where you can have a barbecue or just relax and unwind. As the holiday flat is designed for up to 3 people, a wall folding bed in the living room can be folded out if required. Since you are supposed to relax with us, we can offer a nice breakfast for you daily on request. A free car parking space also belongs to the holiday flat. There is also a small playground within sight () so that the little ones can also get their money's worth. On our farm there is also a table tennis table at our guests' free disposal, otherwise there are various entertainment and excursion possibilities on Rügen, so that there is something for every taste. As we also gladly welcome short-term guests (from one night), we only ask you to bring your own bed linen and towels. If you would like to book a linen package it costs 5€/person. As we are fair to our guests, we do not charge you for these or any other items. Booking periods are from May to October

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flats are located in Heidemühl, a district of Trent, in the western part of the beautiful island of Rügen. Heidemühl has good transport links to the Wittow peninsula, via the Wittow ferry. Schaprode, with the ferry lines to Hiddensee and the beach on the Bodden, is also within a few minutes' drive. In the nearby village of Gingst, there are several shopping facilities, such as the organic food market and the EDEKA supermarket. Furthermore, there is a VR bank, post office, pharmacy, doctor, restaurant and the leisure park "Rügenpark"). The island capital Bergen is only 14 km away by car. To visit the Störtebeker Festival, it takes about 20 minutes to get there. Very rural, close to woods and meadows, quiet location.

Immer wieder gerne
Wir haben ein paar Tage in der größeren Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Familie Winter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war immer bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wir bekamen sogar ein zweites Reisebett, da wir mit 3 Kindern, darunter 2 Kleinkinder, verreisten. Der Hof ist ideal für Familien, da jede Menge Spielmöglichkeiten (Spielplatz, Outdoor-Spielzeug) vorhanden sind. Die Gegend ist ruhig und erholsam, größere Orte wie z.B. Gingst sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß, wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
