The MeerRaum holiday home was newly built in 2018 on a plot of approx. 870m² and is located in the new Baltic Sea Holiday Park Rerik, which consists of approx. 40 high-quality holiday homes and is situated in the nature reserve, nestled between meadows, fields and forests. The Baltic Sea beach (beach access Teufelsschlucht) can be reached on foot in approx. 13 minutes. The holiday home offers 2 separate living units with individual entrances and their own terrace. Here we offer the bright flat MeerRaum 1 (approx. 52 sqm) on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms, wellness bathroom with floor-level shower, light-flooded spacious living-dining area with open fitted kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows, dining table, cosy couch corner and TV, WLAN, south-facing terrace, utility room with washing machine, large garden and parking space. It is furnished in a modern, family-friendly Baltic Sea flair and offers everything for 4 people to experience a beautiful, relaxed holiday. For large families or holidays with friends, you can also rent MeerRaum 2 in addition to MeerRaum 1 and thus have 5 bedrooms and another 100m² at your disposal

The MeerRaum holiday home is located in the first row with an unobstructed view of the greenery on a plot of approx. 870 square metres in Rerik Ost, Ahornweg 2, in the quietly situated Ostseeferienpark Rerik, which has been developed with new, high-quality holiday homes in the last 3 years. The Baltic Sea beach (beach access Teufelsschlucht) can be reached on foot in approx. 13 minutes. Biking and hiking trails lead directly past the holiday home complex. A very large playground is located a few metres away at the campsite. There you can also buy fresh bread rolls for breakfast. Further shopping facilities, the doctor, a bank, restaurants, pubs and cafés are located in the centre of Rerik.
Rerik is the Salzhaff with its harbour, the Baltic Sea with its pier and wide, fine sandy beach, the steep coast and the nature reserve of Kühlung with its hiking and cycling paths. Rerik is peace and relaxation, but also activity due to its proximity to the excursion destinations of Kühlungsborn,

Wohlfühlen

Well-located starting point for many activities and sights. Boltenhagen, Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Bad Doberan, Wismar, and the island of Poel are suitable as excursion and sightseeing destinations.

Tolle Unterkunft

We were in Rerik with children and grandchildren. Sufficient space for 6 people. Quiet location. Relaxation from the first minute. Shopping facilities can be reached by car in no time. The beach is easily accessible on foot or by car. The apartment is very well equipped with a very large wellness bath. The top-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Large terrace for cozy evenings. Car and bicycles are recommended. Wismar, Rostock, or Bad Doberan are easily accessible. Good restaurants in the area and a beautiful beach promenade. We felt very comfortable.

There are also plenty of activities on the Salzhaff. There are plenty of shopping facilities. With the car you can also explore a lot of things nearby... MeerRaum1 Rerik

The flat is very nice, clean and fully equipped. The terrace is visible from the street because the bushes have not grown high enough yet. Bikes that you bring with you cannot be parked in the shed as it is too small. The beach is about 1.5 km away.

Sehr geehrter Herr Jürgen Gesenhoff, vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihren Besuch und die Bewertung. Wir legen großen Wert darauf , dass sich unsere Gäste nach der Ankunft sofort wohlfühlen und der Urlaub beginnen kann. Ich hoffe Sie haben sich über den Osterwillkommensgruß gefreut. Sie haben eine Woche vom 15.-24.4.22 mit ihrer Familie im FH MeerRaum Urlaub gemacht. Zu dieser Jahreszeit hat im Norden die Vegetationsperiode noch nicht begonnen und in manchen Jahren hatten wir zu Ostern noch Schnee. Deshalb freue ich mich für Sie , dass Sie das schöne Sonnenwetter schon auf der Terrasse genießen konnten, aber es liegt natürlich nicht in meiner Hand , dass noch keine Blätter an den Sträuchern sind und diese nach dem Herbstschnitt für Sie zu kurz waren. Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Naturschutzgebiet , zwischen Wiesen, Feldern und Wäldern unweit des Strandes. Von der Terrasse hat mein einen unverbauten Blick in die Natur und Sie können Rehe, Hasen und Vögel beobachten. Die kleine Straße ist nur für die Anlieger der FH und keine Durchgangsstraße . Wenn am Tag mal 3 Autos zu den Ferienhäusern fahren und ein paar Spaziergänger in den Wald gehen, dann ist das viel. Es herrscht absolute Ruhe , man hört nur die Natur. Entspannung pur. Der kürzeste Weg zum Stand vom FH aus führt hinter der Ferienhausanlage über den Bastorfer Weg über das Feld zum Standzugang Teufelsschlucht und ist in ca 1300m und ca 13 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rerik hat über 8 Standzugänge , die Seebrücke und der Hafen sind in ca 1,5km zu erreichen.
Nun noch eine kleine Anmerkung zum Gerätehaus. In diesem befinden sich 3 Fahrräder, die unsere Gäste kostenlos und auf eigene Gefahr nutzen können. Gern hätten Sie diese in ihrer Urlaubswoche in den HWR stellen können, dann hätten ihre mitgebrachten Fahrräder genügend "Parkplatz" in der Hütte. Wohlfühlen Pur

A great holiday apartment, lovingly furnished. We didn't miss anything. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, a nice large bathroom, and a modern open kitchen with living and dining area. On the spacious terrace with a view of nature, you can start the day comfortably and end it very relaxed. This holiday apartment can only be recommended. Many thanks to the landlady. We are already looking forward to next year.

Toller urlaub

For our first vacation with a child, it was great. Quiet location and a great house. Everything was clean, only the mattresses were a bit too uncomfortable for us.

Die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer sind erst ein halbes Jahr alt und ich habe den Härtegrad mittelfest ausgewählt , um allen Bedüfnissen meiner Gäste gerecht zu werden. Der Lattenrost ist verstellbar , so hat jeder Gast die Möglichkeit , das Bett auf seine individuelle Schlafpositionen einstellen zu können.

Everything is perfect.

A truly perfect holiday apartment. Very well equipped and very clean. We felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. Nothing was missing. The contact with both the owner and the contact person on-site was very uncomplicated. We arrived with our bicycles to explore a part of the Baltic Sea coast. This was easily possible from there. The cycling network is very well developed, so we were able to see a lot both to the west and to the east. We can definitely recommend this accommodation without reservation.

Holiday apartment with perfect equipment

We had a great week in this apartment, beautiful furniture, huge bathroom, and perfect kitchen equipment. Since we had done a one-week bike tour before, the washing machine was worth its weight in gold. Also, a lovely furnished terrace. The way to the village is a bit far, so bikes are recommended. The handling with Mrs. Feudel was completely uncomplicated. I can't think of any reason for complaint.

Beautifully designed holiday apartment Sea Space 1

A big compliment to this holiday apartment! It was decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Everything fits together beautifully. The holiday apartment was also super clean! The contact with Mrs. Lemcke on site was very nice as well. Due to its location on the outskirts of Rerik, you have a beautiful view from the terrace of the adjacent nature reserve. In the evenings, you could often observe hares or deer. Even with the "written" (booking/deposit), everything went perfectly. We can only recommend this holiday apartment and therefore give 5 stars for all areas! ! !
