Here you can take a seat at the table with 6 people and in the living area on the large couch, with a relaxation function, radio, and television (including German channels).
You also have access to a selection of literature and travel guides (in German) as well as a collection of games. A small kitchenette, TV, radio, collection of games, and a great sea view.
You rent the entire property; the studio is not rented separately.
Due to the exceptional location, you have sunlight all day long, alternately on the terraces.
Yet, the house remains pleasantly cool.

For the cool and cold season, radiators are available (for an additional charge and billed via the electricity meter).

The house is located in a quiet residential area. The green area starts right next to the property. It is ideal for going for a walk, there is little traffic here. About this way they reach in 10min. (900m walk) the small supermarket (baguette etc) and the large swimming pool (use for a drink or snack per person) with restaurant.
For shopping on foot or the market is a very sturdy shopping trolley available.

For this holiday home a car or motorcycle is absolutely necessary.
Parking is available in front of the house sufficiently.

Beautiful holiday home!
Two separate units, which was great for us since we were there with friends. Super nice outdoor facilities with a wonderfully heated pool! Friendly hosts who provided helpful tips. Dog beach not far away. Dream vacation for our friends, our dogs, and of course for my family.

Beautiful vacation with lots of relaxation

We were five with two furry friends at the end of August for two weeks in the very beautiful house. The outdoor facilities are truly lovely. We were perfectly looked after by the property manager and received many tips for our stay. The house is located on a side street and is really quiet. A small shop is within walking distance, where you can get everything you need for daily needs and also fresh baked goods. If you want it to be more lively, you drive 10 minutes and are right in the middle of Lloret. We had a great time and would love to come back.

very good value for money

A relaxing holiday
The property is perfect for people with dog(s). It offers ample space for 6 people and is also well equipped (barrier-free shower). The highlight is the saltwater pool and the view. The house is located very quietly and is therefore ideal for a relaxing holiday in a prime location. All shops for daily needs are nearby and easily accessible. The care was optimally organized from booking, through processes to the very friendly and competent handover as well as the accessibility of Alex. It was a great vacation again.

The house of Mrs. Beutler is simply beautiful. It impresses with its great and quiet location, the view is fantastic and the service around the property is great as well. The friendly manager and the cleaning staff were professionally at our side and the communication was quick and very service-oriented.

The interior is in the classical Spanish style and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The pool maintenance is very careful and regular. The outdoor area with its great table tennis table and the beautiful barbecue invite you to linger, so you can simply feel comfortable and enjoy a great time.

Thank you very much for a great time and we would love to come back :-)

Very beautiful vacation home

We have recovered very well. The location is nice and quiet and you have a great view! Everything is available... from coffee mugs to a grill. The pool was the best way to cool down on hot days. The pool has a very good filtration system. It was always clean, even when the dogs jumped in! Thumbs up.

Thank you very much for this wonderful time!
Next year, we would love to come back!

: A dreamy vacation.

The accommodation is perfect for families with dogs. It offers ample space for 6 people and is also well equipped. The highlight is the saltwater pool. The house is very quiet and therefore optimal for a good rest. All daily necessities are nearby and easy to reach. Super view and good location

We stayed there for 14 days with two dogs. A super new outdoor area with infinity pool, really great. The house is large and was very clean when we got there. The house itself is a bit outdated but perfectly adequate. The only thing we have to complain about is the mouldy (black mould) and very old shower, something really needs to be done, we didn't use the shower but showered outside. All in all ideal and highly recommended when the shower is done :).

A great holiday in a great house

Thank you so much for a great time! The house is simply fantastic. The room layout, the furnishings and especially the location leave nothing to be desired.

The pool is great and we used it a lot. In addition, the spacious outdoor area offers a great barbecue, where cooking is simply fun. In addition to the terrace, the house has a balcony where you can lose yourself in the view of the sea.

The property is completely fenced in, so you can let your four-legged friends run around without worrying. And to go for a walk, you only need to step outside the door and you can just start running.

We will be back!

Familienurlaub

We spent a vacation in July 2022 with 5 people in the house. The additional apartment was perfect for the two teens. The outdoor area with pool is a dream, the view from the pool to the sea is stunningly beautiful. The pool is regularly cleaned and is truly a highlight.
Everything you need is in the house, we found it as described in the listing, nothing was missing.
The German-speaking support was always available and helped immediately. All in all, a perfect vacation. Thank you very much!

Play, fun, sports, and relaxation.

For us, the ideal vacation spot! The table tennis table and the great pool provided plenty of games and sports. We always had fun, and lounging on the terrace, looking out at the sea, grilling gambas and steaks, is pure relaxation! Also, the fact that our two ?? could move around freely contributed a lot. Entspannung pur

A beautiful accommodation to relax and unwind. It is very comfortably furnished. Everything is available, in perfect condition, and very very clean. Terraces, pool, grill, and view are simply fantastic! The support was also great and gave us many excursion tips. The journey back home was very difficult for us. Cozy house with dream pool

What a great vacation it was. The house is so cozy and almost barrier-free. The new pool with overflow edge and heating exceeded all expectations. We really liked the ramp next to the garage, which is not too steep, making it super convenient for luggage and groceries. And what was also great, our dog was allowed to bark and we could leave him outside alone. The ping pong table on the large terrace was used a lot by us. We will come back and greetings to Alex.

Quiet location, great view, relaxation guaranteed

We were there as a family of 4. The holiday home is in a quiet location with a fantastic view of the sea near Canjelles. In just a few minutes you can reach the sea or Lloret de mar, a restaurant with a large pool is within walking distance. We loved the 3 terraces and the barbecue area, depending on our mood there was always shade or sun. Inside the house it was pleasantly cooler and we wanted for nothing. The German-speaking contact person on site was competent and helpful with all questions, whether restaurant, bathing bay or excursion. The landlords are also very friendly. We had a good rest and will book again for our next holiday in the region.

Traumurlaub

We spent a wonderful, quiet holiday in a very comfortable and beautiful house with our 2 small dogs. Being able to walk to the supermarket in the morning to get fresh baguette with the dogs, and having breakfast on the terrace with sea view, made every day start well. The recommendations for restaurants and excursions from the on-site German management were really good. This was not our last visit to this holiday home.

Adventure on the Costa Brava.

The house welcomes you with a cozy, comfortable, intimate atmosphere... From its balcony, I could enjoy a magnificent view that frees you from all negative thoughts and invites you to immerse yourself in that immense sea... On the terrace, we were able to enjoy a delicious barbecue with family under a radiant sun... With the beach nearby (15 minutes by car), I indulged in the white sand and warm waves... mmmmm!! Simply everything was perfect, safe, and very peaceful. Thank you!! I will be back soon!!
