Description
Casa Can Milo is built in the classic Spanish style and also sets in the decor and design Spanish accents. That is the charm of the house.
Via the stairs and the middle terrace you reach the main house. First, they enter the entrance area, from which all rooms branch off. Right opens the living-dining area. Here you can sit with 6 people at the table and in the living area on the large couch, relax function, radio, television (German channels) or from autumn to spring enjoy the closed fireplace. There is also a selection of literature and travel guides (in German) and a collection of games available.
Straight ahead is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge (separate freezer), electric oven, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, coffee machine (coffee powder), kettle, toaster and sufficient dishes / cooking utensils. Children's crockery and cutlery is also available.
Left the bedroom with double bed (1,60x2m) and a large closet.
The bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
Likewise the second bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan.
In front of the house is the covered terrace with magnificent sea views, seating and parasol. Here is the perfect place for breakfast, the sun is rising and on the sea you can watch the fishing boats.
To the left of the house is the terrace with seating, awning, sea views and the children's pool.
Right is the large terrace with seating, sun loungers, large parasol, sea views, large outdoor grill extra sink and outdoor shower.
The large barbecue area makes every barbecue a memorable experience.
From here you can reach the separate apartment via the external staircase.
It has a living-bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A small kitchenette, TV, radio, games collection and a great sea view.
Due to the exceptional location they have sun all day, alternating on the terraces.
Nevertheless, the house is pleasantly cool.
For the cool and cold season radiators and the fireplace are available.
The house with the terraces is completely fenced.
Pets make free holidays, professional animal care hours / days possible.
Our German housekeeper Alex welcomes and supports you, he gives you tips and recommendations (shopping on the market, regional restaurants ...) and is always available.
Safety:
Depending on a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, CO detector, first aid kit in the house and apartment each a safe, you can open the grilles and safety gates.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a quiet residential area. The green area starts right next to the property. It is ideal for going for a walk, there is little traffic here. About this way they reach in 10min. (900m walk) the small supermarket (baguette etc) and the large swimming pool (use for a drink or snack per person) with restaurant.
For shopping on foot or the market is a very sturdy shopping trolley available.
For this holiday home a car or motorcycle is absolutely necessary.
Parking is available in front of the house sufficiently.

It was a great vacation again.
The house of Mrs. Beutler is simply beautiful. It impresses with its great and quiet location, the view is fantastic and the service around the property is great as well. The friendly manager and the cleaning staff were professionally at our side and the communication was quick and very service-oriented.
The interior is in the classical Spanish style and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The pool maintenance is very careful and regular. The outdoor area with its great table tennis table and the beautiful barbecue invite you to linger, so you can simply feel comfortable and enjoy a great time.
Thank you very much for a great time and we would love to come back :-)

Very beautiful vacation home
We have recovered very well. The location is nice and quiet and you have a great view! Everything is available... from coffee mugs to a grill. The pool was the best way to cool down on hot days. The pool has a very good filtration system. It was always clean, even when the dogs jumped in! Thumbs up.
Thank you very much for this wonderful time!
Next year, we would love to come back!

: A dreamy vacation.
The accommodation is perfect for families with dogs. It offers ample space for 6 people and is also well equipped. The highlight is the saltwater pool. The house is very quiet and therefore optimal for a good rest. All daily necessities are nearby and easy to reach. The care was optimally organized from the booking through the processes to the very friendly and competent handover by Alex on site. There are absolutely no negative points. Super view and good location
We stayed there for 14 days with two dogs. A super new outdoor area with infinity pool, really great. The house is large and was very clean when we got there. The house itself is a bit outdated but perfectly adequate. The only thing we have to complain about is the mouldy (black mould) and very old shower, something really needs to be done, we didn't use the shower but showered outside. All in all ideal and highly recommended when the shower is done :).

A great holiday in a great house
Thank you so much for a great time! The house is simply fantastic. The room layout, the furnishings and especially the location leave nothing to be desired.
The pool is great and we used it a lot. In addition, the spacious outdoor area offers a great barbecue, where cooking is simply fun. In addition to the terrace, the house has a balcony where you can lose yourself in the view of the sea.
The property is completely fenced in, so you can let your four-legged friends run around without worrying. And to go for a walk, you only need to step outside the door and you can just start running.
We will be back!

Familienurlaub
Wir haben im Juli 2022 einen Urlaub mit 5 Personen im Haus verbracht. Das zusätzliche Appartement war für die beiden Teens perfekt. Die Außenanlage mit Pool ist ein Traum, die Aussicht vom Pool zum Meer ist traumhaft schön. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und ist echt ein Highlight.
Im Haus ist alles was man benötigt, wir haben es so angetroffen, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, es fehlte an nichts.
Die deutschsprachige Betreuung war immer ansprechbar und half sofort. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

TRANQUILIDAD Y DESCANSO
Hemos estado una semana en agosto y todo perfecto, el propietario muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con bonitos detalles como una cesta de bienvenida teniendo en cuenta incluso a nuestro perrito al que le encantaron las chuches!!! Sin duda para repetir!

Spiel, Spaß, Sport und Relaxen
Für uns der ideale Urlaubsort ! Die Tischtennisplatte und der Super Pool haben für ausreichend Spiel und Sport gesorgt. Den Spaß hatten wir sowieso, und auf der Terrasse liegen, auf‘s Meer kucken, die Gambas und Steaks auf dem Grill, ist Relaxen pur ! Auch das unsere 2 ?? sich so frei bewegen konnten hat viel dazu beigetragen. Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder !

Entspannung pur
Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden, im einwandfreien Zustand und sehr sehr sauber.
Terrassen, Pool, Grill und Ausblick sind einfach traumhaft!
Auch die Betreuung war super und gab uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge.
Die Heimfahrt viel uns sehr schwer. Wir fühlten uns wie im 2. Zuhause und richtig gut aufgehoben.

Gemütliches Haus mit Traumpool
So ein super Urlaub war das. Das Haus ist so gemütlich und fast barierefrei. Der neue Pool mit Überlaufkannte und Heizung hat alles übertroffen. Uns hat die Rampe neben der Garage sehr gefallen, die auch nicht zu steil ist, war superbequem für die Koffer und den Einkauf. Und was noch Klasse war, unser Hund durfte auch mal bellen und wir konnten ihn draussen alleine lassen. Die Tischtennisplatte auf der großen Terrasse wurde viel von uns genutzt. Wir kommen wieder und Grüsse an Alex.

Sehr schönes Haus

Dream house
This was a really romantic Spanish holiday home with all the comforts we could wish for.and the sea view; just soooo beautiful !!!!
We and the kids, including the dogs, were simply satisfied. The hit was the small pool that our two almost did not leave, but we can only recommend the large communal pool at the restaurant. And the tips from our German contact Alex, who has Kidi's himself, were just great.

Quiet location, great view, relaxation guaranteed
We were there as a family of 4. The holiday home is in a quiet location with a fantastic view of the sea near Canjelles. In just a few minutes you can reach the sea or Lloret de mar, a restaurant with a large pool is within walking distance. We loved the 3 terraces and the barbecue area, depending on our mood there was always shade or sun. Inside the house it was pleasantly cooler and we wanted for nothing. The German-speaking contact person on site was competent and helpful with all questions, whether restaurant, bathing bay or excursion. The landlords are also very friendly. We had a good rest and will book again for our next holiday in the region.

Traumurlaub
Wir haben mit unseren 2 kleinen Hunden einen wunderschönen ruhigen Urlaub in einem sehr konfortablen schönem Haus verbracht. Mit den Hunden morgen‘s zum Supermarkt laufen können um frisches Baguette zu holen, und auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick zu frühstücken, hat jeden Tag gut beginnen lassen. Auch die Empfehlungen für Restaurant’s und Ausflüge von der deutschen Betreung vor Ort waren echt gut. Das war nicht unser letzter Besuch in diesem Ferienhaus .

Aventura en la costa brava
La casa te recibe con un ambiente acogedor, confortable, íntimo...desde su balcón pude disfrutar de una vista grandiosa que te libera de todo pensamiento negativo y te invita a profundizarte en ese mar inmenso... en la terraza pudimos degustar en familia de una sabrosa barbacoa bajo un sol radiante...estando la playa cerca (15 minutos en auto) me dejé mimar por la arena blanca y las cálidas olas ...mmmmm!! simplemente todo fue perfecto, seguro y con mucha tranquilidad. Gracias!! Volveré pronto!!
