The property:
Our cosy holiday home is entirely on the ground floor and is located in a quiet area with the garden facing south. Our spacious home has an open-plan layout. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a TV with SAT connection, a sofa bed, a dining area, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. Of course, we offer you free WLAN. The south-facing garden gives you the opportunity to enjoy the summer evenings on the terrace where you can use the BBQ.

We are located with our holiday home on the Kyllradweg a cycle path totalling 135 km long. A beautiful cycle path that can be cycled in different ettapes. We also have hiking trails right next to our house. In addition, Stadtkyll offers various activities such as: Tennis court, tennis hall, a reservoir, opportunities for fishing, a mini-golf course, an outdoor playground for children. And just 5 minutes away by car is the Kronenburgersee lake, which offers plenty of water activities such as swimming, canoeing, sailing, pedalos and much more.

Great apartment
The location of the apartment is perfect. Very quiet in a dead end street with a beautiful terrace. Everything is new and tastefully decorated. Very nice landlady. We were thrilled. Shops nearby, reachable by car or bicycle. Bakery and restaurants, pharmacy can be reached on foot. Wonderful for hiking or cycling from the location. Many destinations can also be easily reached by car from here.

Nice holiday home!
It's great that after the flooding in 2021, this vacation home has been restored. Everything is newly and luxuriously furnished. There is a lovely garden to enjoy in peace. The hostess is friendly and helpful, but also respects your privacy. Beautiful walks can be made from this location. It is a nice place where you can enjoy peace and nature.

Sixpence in the lottery
For a short holiday in the Eifel, we found the holiday flat of the Zilligen family by chance. The welcome and handover of the flat was very warm. We quickly felt at home in the fully equipped holiday flat. Nice conversations with the landlord and landlady rounded off our holiday. The flat is idyllically located on the outskirts of town. The centre is within walking distance.
Stadtkyll is an ideal starting point for tours in the beautiful surroundings. For us, it will not have been the only time to spend our holiday here. For us, finding this holiday flat was like winning the lottery. There can only be one assessment here: absolutely recommendable!!! A complete holiday just 3 hours drive from Rotterdam
A small but very cozy holiday home in a beautiful setting. Beautiful nature, with the train to Cologne and Trier, shopping in the picturesque Bad Münstereifel is possible. If you enjoy hiking, then this is the right place for you. We have been coming here for over 10 years, both in summer and at Christmas. In short, highly recommended.
