Description
The bright, comfortable flat is located in the south-west facing area with a large balcony that can be accessed from the living room and bedroom.
The special feature of this flat are the floor-to-ceiling windows, which let a lot of light into the flat even on dull days and give the feeling of living outdoors.
The living room can also be used as an additional bedroom due to the pull-out couch. A TV (cable) with 80 cm flat screen, a mini-stereo system and a selection of books make for cosy evenings.
The balcony with its seating furniture and recliners, where you can relax with a glass of wine or a book or watch the sunset, also provides cosiness.
The corner kitchen, with its cosy dining area, is fully equipped with a
Dishwasher, ceramic hob + oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle.
In the bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm) you will also find a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets to store your things.
Furthermore you will find in the flat
1 shower/WC with real glass shower and heated towel rail, hairdryer,
1 storage room with appliances (hoover, broom) and ironing board.
For relaxation and wellness, there is a swimming pool with counter-current system, steam and dry sauna as well as a small fitness room in the house.
The accommodation is also suitable for senior citizens, as a lift leads to the basement (coin-operated washing machine/dryer) and the flat has an intercom system.

Location and surroundings of object
Zempin is the smallest Sea resort of Usedom and not as crowded in high summer. At 40 km long white sandy beach which is only 250 meters from the apartment building, and is divided into 3 areas (textile, nude, dog beach), you can make beautiful walks on the beach because Zempin is located almost in the center of the island. Those who love nature and tranquility, is an ideal place here.

Thank you very much! We enjoyed it very much!
The flat is tastefully furnished and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The distance to the beach and restaurants is short and within walking distance. You can use the sauna and the swimming pool at any time during the day if the weather is bad. The complex and the flat are very well maintained and clean.
Highly recommended for a nice Baltic Sea holiday, for relaxation and also with children!

Angekommen
The apartment is lovingly furnished with many great details. There was nothing missing, and we felt instantly on vacation when we entered. There was plenty of storage space for our things. The kitchen also had everything we needed. Even on stormy days when we didn't spend much time outside, we never got bored, and we didn't feel cooped up because it was so cozy. The swimming pool and sauna in the building were the icing on the cake. We recommend the apartment. Thank you for the great time on Usedom.

Holiday paradise
Zempin on Usedom is our second home. With this beautiful flat, we have now also found our favourite flat. We felt very comfortable right after arrival. The loving and functional furnishings fulfilled all our wishes. Everything was available and to be found here!
We have already booked twice for 2021 and are already looking forward to this time again.
