The house is beautifully and lovingly furnished; no 08/15 bungalow!

**LOCATION The bungalow has a terrace, an ornamental garden,
trees and shrubs on its own property (650 m2). With fencing. Undisturbed, sheltered location without hustle and bustle and yet close to the beach.
The house belongs to the villa and holiday village Ruiterplaat, directly on the shore of the Veerse Meer.
The quiet settlement borders the recreation center Schotsman with facilities such as
laundromat, supermarket, restaurant, mini golf and tennis courts.
Bus stop 300m, landing stage and wide grassy beach about 200m away,
on the shore of the Veerse Meer: for swimmers, surfers, sailors, SUP, canoeists and anglers a true paradise. Sailing and surfing lessons available nearby. Marina, surfing and kitesurfing.
Water ski facility about 1 km away, free slipway for boat trailers at 2 km, forest area and extensive nature reserve for hikers, joggers and cyclists. Quiet bicycle road, also for skaters and inline skaters. At 4 km the magnificent North Sea beach de Banjaard with its expansive dunes.
Restaurants and beach huts nearby. Walcheren: SOME TOURIST ATTRACTIONS IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY
Excursion bicycle ferry, 1 km away to the small town of Veere. Round trips are also possible.

Upon reservation, you will receive a confirmation of availability from us.
After receipt of your down payment of 30%, the reservation is final.
The second installment should be received 4 weeks before the agreed rental period. Please note: PETS ONLY by prior arrangement, max 1 DOG

Sweet little house
We, as a family of four, spent our summer vacation in this beautiful holiday home and are completely thrilled. Upon arrival, the quiet, idyllic location near the Veerse Meer immediately put us in a vacation mood. The house itself is an absolute dream: it is incredibly pretty and stylishly furnished, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The amenities are great; everything you need for a relaxing stay was truly there. We were particularly taken by the lovingly designed garden and the bright, cozy winter garden, which enriched our vacation especially in the evenings.
One small point to note: Since it seems that four-legged friends are also welcome in the house, dog hairs were quite present in the living area. Those who suffer from a severe pet hair allergy should keep this in mind; however, with a little consideration, it was manageable for us and hardly diminished the overall impression. As a small, almost charming additional task, we were allowed to take care of the flowers during the hot days and water them every evening. For us, this quickly became a fixed, almost cozy evening ritual. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend the house!

Wellness oasis
We had a wonderful vacation and would have loved to stay longer. Everything was just great! The house was top-notch and we felt comfortable from the very first moment. We particularly liked the proximity to the sea and the beautiful garden, which contributed to our ability to enjoy our time to the fullest.
We were able to relax really well and just switch off. Everything went excellently and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Outstanding, pure relaxation in the artist's holiday home.
Lovingly furnished bungalow on a large plot with ornamental garden. Generous kitchen inventory for all needs. Great location in the holiday park, only 5 minutes to the lawn beach. Close to the sea, great excursion possibilities to the hinterland. Very nice, helpful landlords. We felt very comfortable for 14 days and would love to come back.

Relaxed summer days?
The stay in the house in Kamperland was wonderful! The great garden and the location of the house directly by the Veerse Meer made the vacation a true Holland vacation. We were thrilled and would love to come back again. ??❤️

Great vacation home!
We can only recommend this holiday home! It is super and lovingly furnished and has a very nice large garden with many wildflowers. The beds were very good, even for me as someone with back problems!
The contact with the landlady was very nice and completely uncomplicated, so we could already check in at 12 o'clock on the day of arrival and also leisurely book an extra day and then leave the house at 1 o'clock!!! We would love to come back anytime!!
The holiday was taken as a couple.

Das Häuschen selbst ist ein absoluter Traum: Es ist unglaublich hübsch und stilvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Ausstattung ist super, es war wirklich alles da, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders angetan hatten es uns der liebevoll angelegte Garten und der helle, gemütliche Wintergarten, die unseren Urlaub vor allem abends sehr bereichert haben.
Ein kleiner Punkt, den man wissen sollte: Da im Haus offenbar auch Vierbeiner willkommen sind, waren Hundehaare im Wohnbereich doch recht präsent. Wer unter einer starken Tierhaarallergie leidet, sollte das im Hinterkopf behalten mit ein wenig Rücksichtnahme war es für uns jedoch gut machbar und hat den Gesamteindruck kaum geschmälert.
Als kleine, fast schon charmante Zusatzaufgabe durften wir uns während der heißen Tage um die Blumen kümmern und diese jeden Abend gießen. Für uns wurde das schnell zu einem festen, fast schon heimeligen Abendritual. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!
Wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen und einfach abschalten. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und völlig unproblematisch, so konnten wir am Anreisetag bereits ab 12 Uhr ins Haus und auch ganz entspannt einen Tag nachbuchen und das Haus dann auch erst um 13 Uhr verlassen!!!
Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!!!
Gemacht wurde der Urlaub als Paar.
Es fehlte mir an nichts:In einem kleinen provaten Park gelegen, nahe am Wasser und mit komplett eingezäunten Garten.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr wertig und hat Stil.Sehr gerne komme ich wieder?
Das kleine Haus ist wunderbar behaglich und komfortabel zugleich und unterscheidet sich durch seine individuelle Note in den kleinen Details von dem cleanen Touch den man derzeit in den anderen Ferienhäusern vorfindet.
Garten und Terrasse ergänzen in gemütlichen Weise und laden zum Essen, Lesen, Beisammensein, Spielen und Sonnen ein.
Ein Katzensprung bis zum Veerser Meer, die Nähe zu den hübschen Städten wie Veere, Goes und Middelburg sowie auch der in nur wenigen km zu erreichende Strand bieten ALLES was wir uns für eine erholsame Urlaubszeit wünschen. Alles ist auch prima per Radtour zu erreichen.
Wer Wassersport mag, wird dieses Häuschen als Feriendomizil lieben.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sympathisch, klar und unkompliziert.
Wir haben zu Zweit hier den Urlaub verbracht. Für kleine Familien ist es aber sicher ebenso perfekt.

Auch etwas längere Tagestrips zB nach Rotterdam/Amsterdam sind nur 1-2h Fahrt entfernt. Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden und uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist großzügig mit allem ausgestattet was man für das alltägliche Kochen benötigt. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Lieben Gruß aus Bremen.

Mit großem Garten , sehr guter Ausstattung und allen Möglichkeiten für Wassersport , Strandurlaub , Fahrradtouren und Städchenbesichtigungen in unmittelbarer Nähe !

Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Vermieterin ist Künstlerin und hat das Haus u.a. mit ihren Bildern dekoriert. Toll! Und es gibt immer was Neues zu entdecken...
Das Haus ist zu allen Seiten mit einem eingezäunten Garten umgeben, Gartenmöbel und Sonnenliegen sowie ein Grill sind vorhanden. Nur ein paar Schritte bis zur großen Wiese mit Basketballkorb und Fußballtoren. Und in 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Veersemeer. Was will man mehr! Wir sind auf jeden Fall absolut zufrieden und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus.
Der schnell erreichbare schöne Ort Middelburg ist ein Besuch wert und eignet sich u.a. sehr zum shoppen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Das Haus ist liebevoll und künstlerisch eingerichtet und bedarf alles was man für eine Auszeit ohne Stress brauch. Mit drei Schlafzimmern, offenem Wohn- und Essbereich und einer getrennter Toilette ist es für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern oder mehreren Paaren/Freunden super geeignet.
Zu dem Haus gehört ein gepflegter und großer Garten mit Terasse sowie eine Grillecke. Der Fußweg zum Veerse Meer beträgt schlappe zwei Minuten und wer doch mal Lust auf shoppen hat findet sich nach 15-20 min Fahrtweg in Domburg oder Middelburg wieder.
Die Vermieter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und sorgen für ein super sauberes Feriendomizil.
Ich hab in dem Haus schon öfters Urlaub gemacht und kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen!
dem hellen Ferienhaus und der Garten mit der Sonnenterasse gefallen. Das Haus liegt zudem in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Man kann direkt vor der Haustür los-spazieren oder radeln. Zur Nordsee ist man auch schnell geradelt. Gut gefallen haben uns auch die Ausflüge in der Umgebung nach Veere und Middelburg.
"zu Hause" fühlen lässt.
Die Ausstattung ist aber nicht nur sehr geschmackvoll sondern lässt auch qualitativ nichts zu wünschen übrig, was dem Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis von
5 Sternen durchaus gerecht wird.
Die Hauseigentümer haben ein sehr anschauliches Booklet über persönliche Empfehlungen und Tipps rund um das Häuschen verfasst, das die Vorteile der Lage am Veerse Meer unweit von den hübschesten Orten zum Shoppen wiedergibt. Fahrrad fahren, Inline-Skaten, lange Spaziergänge am Strand - Möglichkeiten für Frischluftfans liegen sozusagen vor der Haustür.

Die Lokation sehr ruhig und Ambiente stilvoll und modern mit eigener Charakter
Man ist in ein paar Minuten Fuß am Veerse Meer und in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto in Goes oder Middelburg.
Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist prima, es liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Schritten am Wasser. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Ausstattung. Recht ruhige Lage im Ferienpark Ruiterplaan.
