Description

The property has a private terrace, parking space and a covered bike shed that can be locked and a private entrance.

You enter in the hall with a staircase to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms (a large bedroom with box-spring bed and a small bedroom with a single bed that can be made into a double). The beds are made on arrival.
The bathroom is on the ground floor, towels are provided.

Adjacent to the hall is the cosy living room with a split air conditioner, which provides hot or cold air.
The living room also houses the kitchen, including dishwasher and induction hob. There is also a spacious fridge-freezer and a convection oven.
The patio doors open onto the terrace with garden furniture.

The Novi holiday home is located in the beautiful village of Kamperland, where all amenities are available, such as a large AH, Aldi, a bakery and bicycle rental. There are also many nice restaurants to be found.
The house is 50 m from the harbour, 1.5 km from Lake Veerse and 4.5 km from the beautiful Banjaard beach.
There are many beautiful walking and cycling paths in the area.

An additional € 1.45 visitor's tax is charged per person and night.

Cancellation terms:

Every cancellation must be communicated in writing or by fax to Danny Nouse and Alinda de Visser. Danny Nouse and Alinda de Visser will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of cancellation by the tenant: - Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 10 Euros. - Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rent. - Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rent. - Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rent. If the tenant does not make use of the holiday apartment or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be granted.

We are Danny and Alinda and have been living in Kamperland with our 2 daughters for over 14 years. We are both true Zeelanders, Alinda born in Kamperland, Danny in Kloetinge. Kamperland has everything we love about it, lots of space to enjoy cycling, walking and running, but also all facilities such as shops and restaurants nearby as well as the Veerse Meer and the beach. Middelburg, Goes and Zierikzee can be reached in 20 minutes by car. And in summer you can take the bicycle ferry from Kamperland to Veere. The space and quiet with the beautiful surroundings is what we both enjoy a lot.
