Description
For staying in Cologne we recommand our apartment with livingroom, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has got two beds, but also the living room can be used for sleeping for 1-3 persons. There are TVs with cable connection, and there is also a CD player with floors are vested with laminate, the bathroom with flagstones. At arrival the beds are drawn fresh. Bedclothes, towels, bath towels and dish clothes are free of cost. Both rooms are very bright by big windows to the garden site. The kitchen is vested with table and chairs, 2 cooking plates, refridge and sink, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster and dishes. There is a sauna in the house. You can use washing maschine and dryer.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is in our unusual nice private house, beautiful situated at the boarder of Cologne. You have view intothe garden and forest. You walk to a public swimming pool and a Mini golf course within a few minutes. You come to the city, to \"Köln-Arena\" and to the exhibition halls simply by tram or by car. Cologne is one of the most important touristic places in Germany. Surely you\'ve heard about the cathedral and the many other churches. There many famous museums, the big exhibition halls and last not least the Rhine

Cosy nice flat
We always enjoy coming here to the Winkin-Winner family. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We feel very comfortable here. The flat is cosy and beautiful. The surroundings are quiet and surrounded by lots of forest. All in all: we recommend them !

FIBO Weekend
Mrs Winkin is a very nice hostess who leaves your holiday flat really clean and well-maintained. You'll find everything you need for a long weekend with a visit to FIBO: a small kitchen where you can easily have breakfast with 5 people, freshly made beds, a clean shower and: Peace and quiet.
Wi-Fi and TV also worked well.
We slept very well and were very satisfied with everything.
Good public transport connections, even at weekends.
We would love to stay here again!

Quiet location
We were guests for 3 days and felt very comfortable.
After an eventful day, you are happy to enjoy the peace and quiet in this wonderful flat in the evening. We will gladly come back again. Very nice hosts with tips for leisure activities in a memorable carnival season.

Everything is great.
As part of an event at the Lanxess Arena, we spent 2 nights here with 4 people and have to say that we are very satisfied. Good handling and nice landlords.

Pleasant stay
The flat is very nice and really quiet. The connection to the city centre is excellent. Very good restaurants nearby. The landlords are very friendly and always approachable. We will be happy to come back.

Sehr sehr angenehme Wohnung
Alles in allem koennte man auch durchgehend 5 Sterne geben:
Pros: geraeumige und gepflegte 2 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung,
1 Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum als 2tes Schlafzimmer fuer ab zu 3 Personen,
Funktionelle Kueche,
Duschbad,
Seperater Eingang,
Parkmoeglichkeit vor Tuer.
Schoener gepflegter Garten, welcher wir waehrend unser Anwesenheit nutzen konnten.
Die Schlafraeume sind hell,
Kueche benoetigt Licht.
Bad hat kein Fenster aber Ventilation.
Cons:
Treppe ist nicht einfach zu gehen mit Gepaeck,
Microwelle waere sehr hilfreich fuer die Kueche,
Wifi ist nicht wirklich stark fuer Skype oder andere Nutzung.
Waschmaschine und Trockner kosten extra.
Wir hatten eine sehr schoene Zeit, Lage ist sehr Erholsam, Wildpark durch den Hintergarten und durch die Buesche. Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Naehe.
Gerne wieder.

Really recommended
We were very nicely welcomed and had a pleasant stay there. The equipment corresponds to the description. And the handover of the keys on the day of departure was unproblematic. If we are travelling towards Cologne again, we will be happy to stay there again. And of course we would be happy to recommend it to others.

Wohnung ist Roller Lage
Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, mit Bus und Bahn ist die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse direkt am Wald. Ein Spielplatz ist in 2 min erreicht.

Nicht für alle geeignet
Die Wohnung machte auf den ersten Blick einen sehr guten und sauberen Eindruck.
Leider sind jedoch die Betten und Liegen allenfalls für junge Leute geeignet, die auch gut auf Luftmatratzen liegen und schlafen können. Zudem mussten wir feststellen, dass es anscheinen Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit gibt. Trotz der in jedem Zimmer aufgestellten Luftentfeuchter lag die Luftfeuchtigkeit bei über 80% und es roch dementsprechend. Über den Service können wir nicht viel sagen, da er sichder Kontakt bei uns auf die jeweilige Übergabe (An und Abreise) beschränkte, was wir wo anders schon weitaus freundlicher erlebt haben.
Schade eine vom ersten Blick und der Lage (sehr ruhig) sehr vielversprechende Wohnung, die leider dieses Versprechen nicht hält.

Man kann's nicht allen recht machen: der eine liebt feste, der andere weiche Betten. Auf Nachfrage hat bisher jeder Gast, auch wenn er übergewichtig war, erklärt, wie gut er geschlafen habe. Mit der Ruhe und Kühle , die das Schlafen in unserer Wohnung am Waldrand gerade im Sommer so angenehm macht, geht allerdings auch eine erhöhte Luftfeuchtigkeit einher...
