Description

The apartment is fully furnished for up to 4 people and has two separate bedrooms. The living area is approx. 70m² and is divided into 2.5 rooms. From the balcony and the terrace you have a wonderful view over the rooftops of Cologne, even the towers of the cathedral are within sight. As with all our apartments, this is a non-smoking apartment. If needed, a parking space in the courtyard of the building can be rented. Passenger cars up to the size of a minivan can be parked here.

Via the shopping street "Schildergasse", which starts at Neumarkt, you can easily reach the Cologne Old Town on foot while enjoying a leisurely shopping stroll. Here you will find a wide range of options, from rustic Kölsch pubs to elegant restaurants. The apartment is very centrally located in downtown Cologne, in direct proximity to Neumarkt and Rudolfplatz. The corresponding city rail stops can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. From the "Neumarkt" stop you can reach all parts of the city; in particular, it is only a few stops to the Cologne trade fair.
