Description:Our 2007 allergy-friendly comfort holiday flat is located in the first row on the high shore in Sellin. You park your car on a reserved underground parking space. The comfortably furnished 2-room flat with approx. 56 sqm living and usable space is ideal for 2 people - additional occupancy possible on request - and has a cosy living room with dining area and separate fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room with thermostat control and an entrance hall with wardrobe. You can relax on the sunny balconies. Desired shade is also provided.
In the living room there is an easy-to-use sofa bed. Smart TV with media library and an internet radio with CD and USB are also available. The bedroom is equipped with quality beds, Klimatherm cold foam mattresses, optional neck pillows and a spacious wardrobe. The living room and bedroom are equipped with electrically operated external blinds and insect screens, guaranteeing you a restful night's sleep. The custom-made fitted kitchen is impressive:
Ceramic hob, convection oven with grill function, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ample cooking utensils etc. leave hardly anything to be desired. In our lockable cellar you can store large items of luggage such as roof racks. There are also 2 bicycles available for you to explore the surrounding area.
It is only about 200m to Wilhelmstr. and the 495m long pier.
The price for 2 persons is between 73€ and 115€ depending on the season.
The price includes rent, final cleaning, electricity and water as well as underground parking and use of bicycles.
During the holidays, bookings are only possible by the week!
The health resort tax is to be paid separately and will be transferred to the municipality of Sellin.
With our registration service you can use the advantages of the spa card from the beginning and avoid waiting times at the registration! The key deposit is 50,00€.

The "Bernsteinperle" is a non-smoking flat, where pets unfortunately have to stay at home in consideration of allergy sufferers. If smoking cannot be avoided, we would like to ask you to use the balcony.

Location and surroundings of object
The "Bernsteinperle" is located in an exposed position directly on the high shore promenade in the "Residenz Falkenberg". It is only about 200m to the famous Sellin pier, which you can reach by a sloping lift, and to Wilhelmstraße with its beautiful Wilhelminian spa architecture from the Wilhelminian period. The location, almost at the end of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the Granitz nature reserve, guarantees you pure relaxation. The mixed air of iodine-containing Baltic Sea air and beech forest air is unique and promotes relief and strengthening of the immune system, especially in the case of respiratory diseases.
