On our property in the main house there are 2 holiday flats on the 1st floor with 2 balconies and lake view, 2 holiday flats at ground level with balcony and terrace and 2 holiday flats in our new annexe in the garden area with large south-facing balcony or terrace. In the
In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed with coffee table, reading lamp, SAT-TV and sideboard. From the kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs you have access to the sea-facing balcony. In the main house 1st floor with lake view. The bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and large wardrobe is located on the courtyard side in absolute tranquillity, just like the bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and towel dryer. The balconies facing the courtyard and the terraces at ground level face east in the morning sun.

At the Müritz and its surroundings you can still experience pure nature. Especially in the Müritz National Park / Mecklenburg Lake District. Cycling, water hiking, walking and much more. You will find cosy cafés and restaurants at Waren's town harbour and in Waren's old town with its many restored half-timbered houses. Great short holiday in a beautiful area

We were able to spend a long weekend in Waren.
The great flat, which lacked nothing,
a friendly welcome with good tips on places to see and the good weather made our short holiday perfect.

We felt very comfortable in vacation apartment No. 1 of the Blasius family. The apartment was well-furnished and clean. Everything was great, except for two small things (a large pot, blackout blind in the living room) that were missing. The location of the apartment couldn't be better. This apartment is highly recommended.

Satisfied all round

We spent a week in flat 3. The location of the flats is perfect - only a few minutes walk to the marina and the centre of Waren. The flat is very functionally equipped - baby cot and high chair were also available. The balcony with a view of the Müritz is fantastic. There is also a second balcony facing the inner courtyard. Mr Blasius gave us a friendly welcome ; questions and concerns were answered very quickly and courteously (also in advance by e-mail). All in all, we can unreservedly recommend a stay with the Blasius family!

Beautiful family holiday

We had 3 wonderful days at the Müritz, where the very hospitable Blasius family contributed a lot. Courteous, always approachable, and super nice. The ground floor holiday apartment was clean, equipped with everything you need, and is only about a 5-minute walk to the beautiful harbor and the old town. I can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday apartment and will definitely avail myself of the Blasius family's great hospitality again ;-)

Very central and in sensational scenic surroundings.

In October we visited Waren for the first time. After a long search, we booked holiday flat 1 with the Blasius family. Mr. Blasius welcomed us in a very friendly way, showed us around and gave us lots of tips for things to do. A folder with the most important information was also helpful. The flat is well divided and functional for wheelchair users. The only handicap was the bathroom door, which was wide enough but could only be opened inwards. However, with a 2nd bathroom chair it was easy to manage. As you can read in other reviews, the holiday flats are very centrally located and in sensational scenic surroundings, which we considered a big plus and can only confirm. We will definitely come to Waren again and can only recommend the flats of the Blasius family.

very beautiful from the surroundings, unfortunately the weather was not good

We were here as a couple over 60 with stroke disability.
The flat was well adapted for this (lots of grab rails, non-slip tiles, high toilet), you could have used a wheelchair.
The landlords were nice, gave tips, but we had to drive a lot to see anything. The cobblestones in Waren were difficult.
We can recommend the flat.

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung

Fully equipped holiday apartment in close proximity to the port and surrounding restaurants with private parking on the owner's property. Wi-Fi is available. Very nice landlords who immediately take care of the well-being of the holidaymakers. Suitable for wheelchair users. 2 ground floor apartments are accessible at ground level and have 1m wide doors. All in all, a successful holiday. Thank you very much to the Blasius family.

Beautiful vacation days also thanks to a great holiday apartment.

A really beautiful and very cozy vacation apartment with nice and friendly landlords. Everything is clean and the furnishings meet all needs. On vacation, a five-course meal is not necessary, so the small kitchenette is quite sufficient. The location is ideal. The 8-minute walk to the harbor with various restaurant options to enjoy life is easily manageable but enough to shield from the noise of partying leisure captains. After the evening stroll around the harbor, we especially enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the lake in the setting sun. This was our first vacation at the Blasius house, but certainly not our last.

Spring breezes in Waren an der Müritz

The online advertisement regarding location, amenities, etc. were as described. The holiday apartment was well-maintained, clean, and very quiet. The balcony is sunny all day in good weather. The landlord took good care of us and was very helpful. The leisure activities are varied. The holiday apartment is recommended.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

We have now been to the Müritz 13 times, nine of them in this house. It is always a great pleasure to see the nice hosts Doreen, Thomas, Carl, and Erwin again. It always feels good there, it is very clean, everything is as described. It is especially important for us that we get along great with our 33-year-old wheelchair user. The equipment also leaves nothing to be desired, but you can also eat out, about 300m away. (Several restaurants) The proximity to the harbor is also particularly beautiful. Active holidaymakers also get their money's worth here. Eg. National Park etc. Friends who have already been there always gave us positive feedback. Definitely a recommended accommodation.

We were in Waren and were very enthusiastic.

After thorough study of the 1-A advertisement here, we finally booked vacation apartment 2 "Am Seeufer 11 in Waren" after prior telephone contact with the landlord. This apartment is located on the ground floor on the right side (as seen from the front). On the backside, there is a terrace where the car can be parked. The apartment was very clean and appropriately furnished. I would describe it as high quality. The very nice landlord also lives in the same house. When taking over the apartment, you will also receive information material.
Right opposite, the Müritz fishermen have their headquarters. Here you can enjoy snacks like fish sandwiches, etc.
The marina is 5 minutes away. From here, you can also go to the old town (2 minutes).
So, the holiday apartment is very centrally located.
You can eat out almost anywhere in Waren. The quality is equally good everywhere. We enjoyed "Heino's Fischerstuw" at the end of the marina. Breakfast was mostly enjoyed at the Old Town Cafe on the market square. There are plenty of sights nearby. We took tours with excursion boats.
Tip:
Visit the office of the "Blue White Fleet" (it is located in the shopping arcade at the end of the marina). They offer 7-day tickets. These tickets are valid for the entire period, and except for a few special trips, they can be used "day and night".
Overall, this was one of our best vacations. I can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday apartment; it's actually a "must".

Prima Ferienwohnung

Highly recommended. Nice contact and beautiful accommodation! Great location in the old town. Waren is a place you should definitely visit. Friendly locals and a worth-seeing marina with fine yachts. Especially suitable for cyclists.

Vicinity of the holiday home: gute Lage, ziemlich ruhig und das in der Altstadt von Waren.
2 min zum Haffen.
gute Verkehrsanbindung.

free time activities: Für Radfahrer finde ich ein muß, der Müritz-Nationalpark liegt direkt nebendran.
Auch zum Wandern ideal.
Alles gut ausgeschrieben und man verläuft sich nicht. ;-)

shopping facilities: Da es in der Altstadt liegt hat man alles was das Herz begerht.
Restaurants in allen Genussrichtungen.
Der Bäcker ist nur um die Ecke und man hat frische Brötchen.
Supermärkte sind auch zu Fuss zu erreichen.
