Tolle Lage
The apartment is very conveniently located and the equipment is okay. However, there was a significant flaw. Despite specifically looking for an apartment that does not allow pets, the cushions of the couch smelled strongly of dogs. Apart from the unpleasant smell, the couch was also not very comfortable to sit on. Dog bowls in the kitchen indicated that dogs had been accommodated there. We wanted to use the couch as a second sleeping place, but unfortunately, that was not possible. Too bad. We would have liked to come back.

Residence Waldhaus Zempin
We booked one day earlier but this was not communicated, so on the day of arrival, we were not scheduled and the apartment was not cleaned. However, this was promptly taken care of, and we were able to move into the apartment as originally booked. Unfortunately, we noticed that there seemed to have been one or more dogs living there previously. The smell and the dog hairs were clearly and very unpleasant. After a phone call with the landlord, we were assured that a "pet cleaning" would be done promptly, but we waited in vain for 4 days. The landlord's statements regarding pet rental were conflicting for us. In the end, we left the apartment 4 days earlier and found another nice accommodation where we can enjoy our last vacation days carefree. During the key handover, there was a very unpleasant exchange of words, which I do not want to elaborate on now. Unfortunately, we cannot give Waldhausresidenz Zempin 4 stars for the reasons mentioned.

Baltic Sea vacation
At first glance a beautiful apartment. However, the upholstered furniture, while newly covered, is completely worn out. After the first day, I had severe back pain. The entry into the shower was so high that I couldn't get out without help. The service staff was great. They immediately provided assistance if there was a problem. The tile floor made it very noisy in the house due to the other residents. The location was good, the beach was quickly accessible, and the backwaters were not far away.
