3 weeks Villa Redonda
We both (over 50) were guests in the villa for 3 weeks in August '24. Wonderful, well-equipped house. Very well-maintained, clean, and spacious. The villa has generous living spaces, a large bedroom with an adjacent "walk-in" closet and a large bathroom with a corner bathtub. A smaller bedroom with 2 beds and a small shower bathroom. Tower terrace, very large front terrace on the first floor, and a very large pool. The ground floor is not part of the rented area and is uninhabited! There is always a shady or sunny spot to be found around the villa.
The pool enjoys sunshine all day long.
The hillside location high above the Orbatal offers clear views over the plantations and down to the sea, wonderful!
One must be aware that due to the elevation, having a car is very advantageous.
We recommend the villa unreservedly for 4 people, but not for people with mobility issues.
The managers, the Schib family, are super nice, helpful, relaxed, and funny! (Best regards once again)
We will be there again next year!

Beautiful house and stunning location.
The truly beautiful location with a dreamlike view of the valley cannot be surpassed by anything. You couldn't wish for anything better. The house and the rooms themselves are very functional, the furnishings are complete, a little "refreshment" would be useful. We stayed in this house for almost 3 months and then almost felt "at home". The Schib family as "house managers" were always available and very accommodating. We will definitely keep the house in our sights for next winter.

House evaluation
We stayed at Villa Redonda for the third time. The villa has everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. The pool is very big and the view to the sea and the valley is a dream. The house managers Daniela and Guido are very nice and help if there is any problem. We will come again next year. We give this villa 5 stars

Positive points: Nice and large house, beautiful pool, clean linens without extra charge
Negative points: 90€ requested, apparently for our additional electricity consumption at the end of the stay. We were really surprised because electricity is not mentioned as an extra in the ad, furthermore, we could not see the meter reading upon arrival or departure, and we never received a contract despite requesting it 3 times!!! No barbecue side lighting, not easy to cook without light!!! Also, plan to pay in cash for the rental and not by bank transfer as requested.
