Welcome to Casa Rafol Denia, a charming holiday home in Rafol de Almunia on the Costa Blanca. With 124 square metres of living space, this house offers plenty of room for up to four guests. It has two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms. There is also direct access to a balcony from each of the bedrooms.
The house is ideal for a family holiday. You can start the day on the terrace, in the solarium on the roof or on the balconies with views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The grounds are well maintained and perfect for children to play in. There is a lovely swimming pool for adults to relax in right in front of the terrace and a children's pool for the little ones to splash around in. There is a car park right next to the house.
The terrace invites you to have breakfast, eat and sunbathe outdoors. Inside, air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and crockery. A ceramic hob and an extractor bonnet ensure a pleasant cooking experience.
In the living room there is a TV with satellite and radio and television reception via fibre optics. Free Wifi is available in the house. A washing machine and an iron are also available. Bed linen and towels are provided.
For colder winter days there is a stove in the living room for a cosy fire although it can also be heated with air conditioning. There is also a stair lift from the ground floor to the upper floor for tenants with physical disabilities.
Long term rentals are available from November to February. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Families with children also live in the quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, so parties are not allowed.
Casa Rafol Denia is a perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. With its quiet location and modern amenities, it is the ideal place for your next holiday. It is a wonderful area for hiking and cycling. The golf courses Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella can both be reached in about 20 minutes by car. But you can also reach the most beautiful sandy beaches, Dénia or a large shopping centre just as quickly.

El Ráfol de Almúnia is a charming village in the Spanish region of Alicante and is located in the valley of the river Girona, at the foot of the Sierra de Segaria. It belongs to the Marina Alta region and lies at an altitude of 88 metres. The distance to Alicante is 96 km and 100 km to Valencia. It is only 12 km from very beautiful, wide, long sandy beaches.
It is the historic capital of the Marina Alta region, known as La Rectoria, consisting of Sanet y Negrals, Benimeli, El Ràfol d'Almúnia, Sagra and Tormos. There is lush native vegetation, hills and valleys where orange trees are traditionally grown.
It is the classic Mediterranean rural town where the visitor can find many types of services: Bars, shops, etc. The people are characterised by their friendliness and hospitality, with an open character due to the Mediterranean culture and climate; they enjoy life and their surroundings to the full and convey this way of life.
The patron saint festivals take place every year in August and are well worth a visit.
The airports of Alicante and Valencia are less than 100 kilometres away. They can be reached in less than an hour via excellent roads (AP-7 and N-332).
El Ráfol de Almúnia is a quiet and cosy village in a very beautiful landscape with countless orange trees, which still retains its original rural charm. But if you want to experience the lively town of Denia with its many restaurants, bars, discos and shops or linger on the long, wide sandy beaches, you can be there in 20-25 minutes by car. The same applies for golfers to Oliva Nova Golf or La Sella.

Family Vacation 2024
We had a dream vacation with an absolutely beautiful accommodation.
We felt very, very comfortable.
The location of the holiday home with its top amenities and lovely decor is simply a dream, especially the pool which the children loved, but the beautiful beach nearby was also absolutely great. The nearby city of Denia was also beautiful, and the fantastic shopping center Portal de la Marina not far away had everything the heart desires.
We will definitely come back ❤️
