The flat is located in the small residential complex "ULTRA DOS" with direct beach access on the Costa Calma. With "Ultra 16" you book pure relaxation:
Bright living area with dining table and comfortable seating group. This is also a high-quality sofa bed for 2 people! Equipped with flat screen TV, SAT-TV with approx. 200 TV and radio programmes as well as INTERNET (Wlan) included. Fully equipped open kitchen with 4-plate ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Large bathroom with shower-bathtub, WC, bidet, changing table and washing machine. Very large bedroom with double bed and additional bathroom en suite! Available with additional cots on request. Parking spaces close to the complex. Your wind-protected terrace with beach and sea view faces south and thus has sun until sunset. Enjoy the day with breakfast on the terrace and end the day with a glass of island wine. Nearby you will find everything for a carefree stay - from international gastronomy, to shopping centre, to medical care.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday flat is located in a private complex and only about 30 metres from the bathing beach.
Shopping facilities and various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Everyone who knows Fuerteventura is enthusiastic about the balanced climate, which dispels the summer heat with a fresh breeze and allows swimming in the sea all year round. The wide and partly long light sandy beaches are also unique.
And here, in Costa Calma, are our various residential complexes with flats, bungalows and chalets in different sizes and price ranges.
Most of our properties have a fantastic view of the azure blue holidaymakers' paradise Costa Calma is located about 60 minutes by car south of the airport. Here begins the almost 25 km long fine sandy beach, which is also one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. For fans of surfing, these beaches between Costa Calma and Jandía are almost a "must" - after all, the world championships in this sport are held here in alternation with Hawaii. The holidaymaker can choose between a variety of typical Canarian bars and restaurants with international cuisine, supermarkets, car rental, banks, surfing and diving schools, etc.
Should medical care be required, multilingual staff is available in the medical centre. The park-like character of the village is also remarkable, with a unique, artificially created, small coniferous forest mixed with palm trees and many tropical Costa Calma offers a wide variety of tourist excursions. For example, you can visit the nearby zoo in La Lajita, go on a camel safari there, or take a trip to the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote, Gran Canaria or Tenerife on one of the ferries or jetfoils leaving from Morro Jable.
