Beautiful HOLIDAY HOUSE with large COMMUNITY POOL in the urbanisation "LA ALHAMBRA"/Denia/Costa Blanca/Spain built in Arabic style
You enter the large living room with American kitchen, dining area, seating area and FIREPLACE. From there you enter the master bedroom, the children's bedroom and the bathroom with shower bath, bidet, WC and washing machine.
When you step out of the house, you can immediately jump into the large POOL. Directly in front of the house you can then relax on the sunbathing lawn.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in the Arab style built urbanization "LA ALHAMBRA", in the vicinity of the large communal pools (pictured far left). Right next to the house is a lawn. La Alhambra is located in the small suburban town of Denia "La Pedrera". There they will find several inexpensive restaurants, a German emergency doctor, a pharmacy and a hospital (5 minutes walk). The center of Denia and the beach is about 3 km.

Everything there that you need
A well-maintained property, a lovingly designed holiday home, and a dreamlike environment. That's all you need for a beautiful and relaxing vacation. There were four of us on site, and despite two rainy days, which are extremely rare in this region in summer, the bungalow was not too small. We enjoyed the Mediterranean atmosphere on the terrace until late at night.
