The villa has been renovated from the ground up. It consists of two separate apartments, furnished in Mediterranean style. The facilities of the living rooms and bedrooms, kitchens and baths is the highest of expectations. The well-kept garden with olive trees, palms, cypresses and laurel hedges, oleanders and jasmine to relax. 60 meters from the house is the spacious swimming pool (20x16m). The apartment offers living room with dining table and sofa, satellite TV and hi-fi system. The kitchen has stove, dishwasher and gr. Refrigerator. The bedrooms are equipped with double bed (200x200 cm) or twin beds (90x200 cm). Each bedroom is connected to a shower room and guest toilet. The living room is oriented to the west and leaves through the large windows a lot of light into the apartment. Vacation and pure relaxation!
We have already been in this house for the 2nd time, namely from June 6th to 13th, 2009. We had rented both the upper and lower apartments. The house is located in a closed complex on the slope of Bardolino with a wonderful view over Lake Garda. The complex is very quiet, which contributes significantly to the relaxation value. Not far away there is a very nice, well-kept, and large swimming pool. The house is very clean and well maintained, and corresponds to good German standards. If it gets very cold, the heating can be quickly turned up. There is plenty of, and above all, very tasteful crockery. Easy contact with the owner and very nice on-site support. Good selection of travel literature about Italy and specifically Lake Garda. Both apartments can be highly recommended.
