The upper apartment has a living room with dining area and sofa, satellite TV and hi-fi; Kitchen with stove, dishwasher and large fridge (with freezer compartment); 2 bedrooms with large double bed (200 x 200 cm) or twin beds; Shower room with toilet. The living room is oriented to the lake back and leaves through the large windows a lot of light into the apartment.
From the balcony you have an almost unlimited view of the lake. You can have breakfast, sunbathe and watch the sunset there comfortably. For a special atmosphere in the living room of the fireplace provides. Here you can relax in the evening and enjoy the open fire.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the villa 'Bellavista' above Lake Garda nestled in rolling hills and vineyards and olive groves. The villa has been renovated from the ground up and is furnished in Mediterranean style. It consists of two separate apartments in ground and first floors. The design and equipping of the living rooms and bedrooms, kitchens and baths is the highest of expectations. The garden has olive trees, palm trees, cypresses and laurel hedges, oleanders and jasmine to relax. Not far from the house is the swimming pool of the plant (20 x 16 meters) with grass sunbathing areas.
