Description
It is an object of the extra class. The location and view of Lake Garda are breathtaking.
On the terrace you have a view of the lake as you will not often find it. With every change of light the lake appears in a new guise.
To the house:
The spacious detached house is situated on an ingrown property of almost one thousand sqm. The entire area is fenced in. You can only enter the property through the electric entrance gate. The terrace is protected from views from all sides. Another detached house with a plot of land of the same size uses the common driveway
The swimming pool belonging to the house is only a few meters away and has a wonderful view. The pool is in operation from the beginning of June until the end of September. The pool is used by a total of five parties
There are 3 separate bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, each with shower and toilet. The house is comfortably habitable for 7 persons.
The living room has a glazed front to the terrace. Together with the dining room and the entrance area it forms a common unit. In the middle between living room and dining room there is a fireplace. On the back side is the outside fireplace on the terrace. All the usual domestic television channels are available via satellite. The radio reception for mobile devices is excellent.
The kitchen is directly adjacent to the dining room. There are all essential facilities such as refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, etc. in it. The house has oil central heating, hot water and a mobile gas heating for all cases
Unless otherwise agreed, bring your own towels and duvet covers, stretch covers and covers for pillows and blankets. Internal parts of pillows and duvets are available in sufficient quantity.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is situated in the panoramic zone of Bardolino - an area characterized by a special tranquillity and exclusivity. Although far away from the hustle and bustle, the house is within walking distance of the village.
The road to the village is km long. You can comfortably walk into the village in 20 minutes. The road has been fully developed and completely re-tarred only in 2014. Since only residents use the street, there is hardly any traffic. Bardolino is so well known that you can be brief:
Bardolino lies on the southern eastern shore of Lake Garda. Easily accessible via the Brenner motorway. Just where the last Alpine mountains merge into the Po plain. Verona with its arena and historic old town is only 30 km away. Verona train station and Verona airport have international connections. Rental cars are easily available at both locations.

Dreamlike lake view
The three of us stayed in the holiday home in July 2021. The house is large and equipped with everything you need, nothing was missing. You don't often find such a perfectly equipped kitchen. There are also enough pillows and real duvets (no woollen blankets). The pool with lake view is just a few steps away. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We have never had such a lake view. The elevated position means you are away from noise. You can get to Bardolino quickly by car. You can also walk, but it takes about 25 minutes to get down to town. For us it was a perfect holiday. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and especially the fantastic lake view.

Dream view
We were here in June 2021 with 4 people and were thrilled.
Quiet location, away from traffic noise with a wonderful view of the lake. Bardolino is about 3 minutes away by car
The house was very clean on arrival. The outside area is spacious and very well maintained. Carport for 2 cars. You can reach the large pool in a few steps, from which you can also enjoy a panoramic view of the lake.
The kitchen equipment is very good and offers everything you need for cooking ? small drawback is a missing extractor above the cooker.
Highly recommended ? We would like to come back again and again.
