With a stroke of luck, we stumbled upon this house.
Booking was uncomplicated and quickly possible. We received information on arrival and the surrounding area in advance. The house is very spacious, clean, stylish, and modern. Thanks to the sauna, we could warm up again after long walks on the beach. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. Will gladly come back.

We felt very comfortable.

The communication in advance worked great. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable including skin-friendly bedding. The location on the mountain was quiet and idyllic, the walk to the bakery was good morning exercise?. Although not directly on the beach, everything is nearby and can be reached in a few minutes, if needed, public transportation can be used.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Binz

The house is very clean and bright with lots of space to feel comfortable. The terrace with a small garden is especially beautiful in summer. With just a short walk, you quickly reach the beach or the city center. We felt very comfortable!

Wonderful vacation

A very beautiful, bright house in a central and particularly quiet location with a garden and a secluded terrace. Everything is tastefully and lovingly furnished, and everything you need for a perfect vacation is available. The landlady is very friendly and committed, and we will definitely come back!

Exceeded expectations

A spacious, very well-maintained house, well-furnished, with a terrace for relaxation. Thanks to a great parasol, it is wonderful to use even in the rain. It also has a garden shed for bikes - even with charging options for e-bikes. The location of the house is perfect: in a quiet neighborhood, the center of Binz can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Overall, a very positive impression. My wife and I will definitely come back!

The house is located quietly at the end of a dead-end street, not directly in the center - it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center and the beach.
We stayed there with 4 people. Therefore, we had enough space, but even with 6 people, it wouldn't have been too crowded. 2 bathrooms were very advantageous.
The cozy house offers everything you could wish for in a holiday home, was clean, and exceeded the description. Whether it was the bedroom, kitchen area, bathrooms, or living room: everything was lovingly and high-quality furnished, so we felt comfortable right away. The landlady was very friendly, and the on-site manager was very nice and uncomplicated. We would book again gladly!

perfect holiday accommodation

We - my husband, our two children (2 and 5 years old), and our grandfathers - found our perfect holiday domicile in the "Amselweg" holiday house. It fully convinced us in terms of cleanliness, feel-good atmosphere (bright living space, comfortable/high-quality furnishings), equipment, space (sufficient retreat options), and room layout. Finally, the location proved to be ideal for us, as we didn't plan on just a beach vacation but also wanted to explore a lot of the island: parking right in front of the house, stops for the resort train and the Rasender Roland (we highly recommend the restaurant there as well) within a few minutes' walk (5 or 10 min), walking distance to the great sandy beach and pier (approximately 15 min). The caretaker of the house welcomed us very warmly, and beforehand, we received extremely helpful information about Binz and Rügen from the very pleasant landlady. In short: we would definitely recommend the vacation home.

Fantastic winter holiday

We chose this house for a week in winter, which we loved. The house is very nicely equipped and has a relatively central (and very quiet) location. We also had super crisp cold and sunny weather. We love taking long walks, which you can start in multiple directions from this house. (We especially enjoyed being at the beach:)

We can recommend the house without hesitation and thank the landlady and caretaker for their excellent support.

Unforgettable days in Binz

We could not imagine that we would stay in such a great accommodation for our vacation. The quiet and very central, exclusive residential location impressed us as soon as we drove onto the property. The 5-star rating on the front door kept its promise in every way. Bright, modern rooms, very appealing bathrooms, exclusive kitchen furniture, and entertainment electronics exceeded our expectations. The terrace with a huge parasol and high-quality grill was also very appealing. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house to our best friends. We would love to come back as well :)

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

The vacation we were fortunate to spend in Binz with excellent accommodation was very enjoyable! There was a very nice contact with the landlord, who provided us with a lot of information in advance. The house met all our expectations. It is located in an excellent quiet location. The beach and the town center are within walking distance in just a few minutes. It is flooded with light through its many windows and offers a comfortable terrace where we often enjoyed relaxing evening. The furnishings are modern and high quality. We will gladly come back.

Top Rügenurlaub

We would like to inform you that we had a wonderful week in your house. A very large contribution to this was the tastefully and lovingly furnished house in a quiet, yet very central residential area. The house impresses with light-flooded rooms, high-quality furnishings, very nice bathrooms, as well as a well-equipped kitchen where nothing is missing. We often ended the sunny days with a cozy barbecue evening under the huge sunshade on the spacious terrace, as everything was perfectly taken care of here as well, with the very good grill and high-quality garden furniture. We can highly recommend this accommodation and we will also come back next year.

Tolles Haus

We came across this house on the internet and were really lucky with it. The weather, like almost everywhere this spring, was very poor, so we spent more time than usual in the house. Under these circumstances, we were all the happier that we chose this house. It is modern and tastefully furnished, in a good location (quiet and relatively central), everything is available and there is enough space to retreat. With the damp and cold weather, we enjoyed going to the sauna. We would love to come back to relax for a few days from everyday life.

Perfect family holiday in a great apartment

We felt very comfortable with our small family with you - not as guests, but as good friends. Everything was perfect, even the weather was excellent. Despite or precisely in this season, Rügen is highly recommended. Long walks on the beach and digging in the fine sand with mud pants and rubber boots mean pure relaxation - for young and old. And when the little one sleeps, you can cook excellently together in the newly installed kitchen. We left everything as clean as we found it. The beach is barely a 10-minute walk away, yet you can still enjoy peace and quiet. We will definitely come back.

Super Urlaub

We were only two in the house.
The condition was perfect: clean, spacious, and tasteful.
Distances to the beach and the main street can be easily combined with a short walk.
Although we did not need this large house for the two of us, we do not regret our choice at all.
We enjoyed our stay in this pleasant atmosphere so much that we have already booked for next year; then we will come with friends.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wir sind nur zu zweit in dem Haus gewesen.
Der Zustand war einwandfrei: sauber, großzügig und geschmackvoll.
Entfernungen zum Strand und in die Hauptstraße lassen sich perfekt mit einem kleinen Fußweg verbinden.
Wir haben zwar dieses große Haus für uns zwei nicht benötigt, bereuen die Wahl jedoch keinesfalls.
Der Aufenthalt in dieser angenehmen Atmosphäre hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben; dann kommen wir zusammen mit Freunden.

the right choice

For this year's summer vacation, we made the right choice with the house. Relatively centrally located and yet free from holiday crowds, the facilities and location matched exactly the offer. The house is clean and well-maintained.

Geschäfte sind 2-3 km entfernt. Bäcker ist dicht bei.
Die Flaniermeile mit Cafes, Restaurant, Souvenirs, Kleidung und mehr sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Everything perfect!

We felt very comfortable in Amselstern - only the weather could have been better. We really liked the house, bright and modern, not far from the sea and very well equipped. There is more than enough space even for your own belongings. We can recommend the house with a clear conscience and will definitely come back ourselves:-)

Vicinity of the holiday home: Spaziergänge in die Granitz oder am Strand oder an den Schmachter See kann man direkt von dem Haus aus starten.

free time activities: Baden, wandern, Tennis spielen (der Tennisverein ist ca. 400m entfernt und ist für Urlauber offen), ... Vieles ist möglich.

shopping facilities: Geschäfte aller Art sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Great iron house!

Dear Mrs. Langner,

we spent wonderful days at your "Amselstern".
Everything was perfect, the location, the facilities, the ambiance... only the weather wasn't always as we would have liked.
Nevertheless, we chilled, grilled, and had some wine on the terrace several times. (Thank you also for the good bottle that was on the table upon arrival!) We almost always walked to the center and the beach, so we didn't have any stress with parking.
A nice lady is available for questions on-site, who introduced herself to us at the beginning of our vacation.

A beautiful, bright holiday home in a well-maintained condition. We felt very comfortable, even though the weather did not always meet our expectations. The house offers everything necessary - we didn't miss anything. The description matches what we found. In case of need, a very helpful caretaker is on call (we locked ourselves out and the caretaker came quickly and helped us). There are many restaurants within walking distance. We particularly liked the beach pavilion and Münster pond. Price/performance is fine here.

Man kann gleich vom Haus aus Wanderungen starten, da die Granitz in ca 300 m Entfernung beginnt.

shopping facilities: Ein Bäcker ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für größere Einkäufe im Supermarkt bzw Discounter ist ein Auto erforderlich (ca. 1km).
Die Geschäfte in der Hauptstraße (Schuhe, Bekleidung, Souvenirs etc) sind ca. 8-10 min Fußweg entfernt.

Holiday home Amselstern in Binz

We were in this holiday home in July 2011 and felt completely comfortable. The furnishings are tasteful and nothing is missing. We especially liked the quiet yet central location in Binz. We completed many errands on foot. When we had to use the car, we didn't have to worry about parking because there is one in front of the house. We often used the terrace for barbecue while watching the sunset.
