Great location and perfect vacation

My wife and I were a week in the holiday home in Karlshagen. It is about 100m to the beach, the whole area around is like from another world for us Bavarians - everything very well-kept thatched-roof holiday homes. The house Benny is furnished with everything (EVERYTHING!) you need for the vacation. I haven't relaxed so well on vacation in a long time.

Great house, great location!

The location of the house in the 1st row behind the narrow pine forest, not even 100 m from the beach, is simply unbeatable. The property itself is well-maintained, as is the garden. Completely fenced, great for a vacation with a dog. Dog beach reachable in about 150 m. The amenities, especially with the small sauna and the fireplace (even WITH wood), are amazing!!! And there are also 2 bicycles and various useful items included. Somewhat getting used to is the TV in the living room in its operation and regarding the stored channels (a lot of home shopping). And the radio reception was very limited. Free Wi-Fi worked great. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room and one bedroom, you can hear the sound of the sea. The additional entrance with a short path for unloading luggage and shopping is also practical. We felt completely comfortable with our dog and would love to come back!

very nice accommodation directly behind the dunes

a very nice accommodation with a short path to the beach - probably ideal for families with children in the summer, as the beach access is right behind the house and the beach section behind Karlshagen towards Peenemünde is certainly not overcrowded. We were there in the autumn and could use the empty beach for extensive dog walks. The house actually lacks nothing, 2 bathrooms are optimal and the sauna invites relaxation. The fireplace provides cozy hours in the evening. We are happy to come back.

Dog holiday

Very beautiful and wonderfully furnished house.
The beach, which allows for extensive dog walks, is just a few steps away.
There is no lack of amenities.
Garden furniture, a grill, and 2 bicycles are available for use.

We have now been to House Benny for the 4th time and were always very satisfied. However, this time we were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. Socks were found under the bed, food scraps on the floor, cobwebs in the corners, and the floor was very dirty. This should not occur with the calculated final cleaning. Pure relaxation

Since 2008 we have used the vacation apartment on Ahornstraße. Now for the first time the house on Birkenweg. We immediately felt comfortable and spent 11 wonderful days. It is lovingly and practically furnished and we have already booked new stays.

A stone's throw to the beach.

We had the pleasure of spending a few days over the weekend at the Benni holiday home. The location is simply unbeatable - just a few steps and you are already standing with your feet in the sand, enjoying the sound of the Baltic Sea.

The holiday home was modernly furnished. We especially liked the sauna, which we used daily.

A beautiful place for a nice vacation. The only limitation actually concerns the garden. When staying there, you are not well protected from the curious looks of the dune path passing by directly.

Just as we wanted

House is as described. Very good location and amenities. Contact with the landlord warm and quick. Very short way to the beach. Dog walking area nearby in the forest. Perfect for us and our furry friend.

15 years of pure enjoyment.

Dear Mr. Strauch, dear Mrs. Brandt and everyone involved,

This is now the 15th year that we have been coming to this beautiful house in Karlshagen, whether it's summer or winter, it's always lovely. As our family has its roots in Karlshagen and Zinnowitz, it always feels like coming home for us.

A wonderful short holiday

The holiday home Benni is a very well equipped holiday home, which leaves nothing to be desired. The furnishings are of high quality and very well thought out. All we can say about the location is that it is perfect for a Baltic Sea holiday.

Beautiful holiday home

A very nice holiday home, comfortably furnished, practical layout, super location directly on the beach.
Of course, all this has its price.

The design of the garden leaves something to be desired, especially the fact that the property can be seen from all sides is a bit unfavourable! Otherwise, everything is great!

Everything you need is there.
The holiday home is very well equipped and in an optimal location for the beach, only a 3-minute walk.
Restaurants and shopping options can be quickly reached on foot.
We will definitely come back.

Great holiday house in a prime location

Top holiday house, right behind the dunes.

We spent our October holidays in this house with 2 adults and 3 children and felt very comfortable there. The rooms are very bright and spacious.
A very nice holiday home, with very good facilities and a great location. It is only a short walk through the dunes to the beach.
It was especially great for us as a family that a baby cot and a high chair were available.
The underfloor heating and sauna are just perfect for relaxing. The fenced property is perfect when traveling with children (or even with the dog) - no one can escape!
There is a garden shed with bicycles, deck chairs, etc.

We had a very nice holiday and would love to come back.

Apart from the uncomfortable beds (mattresses and blankets with yellow stains and creaky bed frames with every movement), a perfect holiday home with equipment that is second to none!!!! And 30 meters to the sandy beach ensure a holiday experience that one probably won't find elsewhere.

Vicinity of the holiday home: 30 Meterr bis zum Sandstrand sorgen für ein Urlaubserlebnis, das man wohl andererots auch nicht so vorfindet. Des Weiteren in einer wunderschönen und vor allem ruhigen Wohnanlage gelegen.
