Great house, great location!

The location of the house in the 1st row behind the narrow pine forest, not even 100 m from the beach, is simply unbeatable. The property itself is well-maintained, as is the garden. Completely fenced, great for a vacation with a dog. Dog beach reachable in about 150 m. The amenities, especially with the small sauna and the fireplace (even WITH wood), are amazing!!! And there are also 2 bicycles and various useful items included. Somewhat getting used to is the TV in the living room in its operation and regarding the stored channels (a lot of home shopping). And the radio reception was very limited. Free Wi-Fi worked great. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room and one bedroom, you can hear the sound of the sea. The additional entrance with a short path for unloading luggage and shopping is also practical. We felt completely comfortable with our dog and would love to come back!

Dream vacation

very nice accommodation directly behind the dunes

a very nice accommodation with a short path to the beach - probably ideal for families with children in the summer, as the beach access is right behind the house and the beach section behind Karlshagen towards Peenemünde is certainly not overcrowded. We were there in the autumn and could use the empty beach for extensive dog walks. The house actually lacks nothing, 2 bathrooms are optimal and the sauna invites relaxation. The fireplace provides cozy hours in the evening. We are happy to come back.

Dog holiday

Very beautiful and wonderfully furnished house.
The beach, which allows for extensive dog walks, is just a few steps away.
There is no lack of amenities.
Garden furniture, a grill, and 2 bicycles are available for use.
The house gains value from the presence of a sauna, and a fireplace is available for cozy winter evenings.
House documents are very well organized, including any necessary user manuals. The booking went completely smoothly, the house key arrived in the mail as promised before the trip (positive: a prepaid envelope was included for the return). This vacation home currently holds the number 1 spot on our vacation list.

We have now been to House Benny for the 4th time and were always very satisfied. However, this time we were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. Socks were found under the bed, food scraps on the floor, cobwebs in the corners, and the floor was very dirty. This should not occur with the calculated final cleaning. Despite all this, we would book a vacation at the holiday home Benny again at any time. Best regards.

Great location, but the house is showing signs of aging, for example, painting work needed on the wood. Some equipment is defective. Cleanliness, for instance, dirty insect screens, shower walls with dirt from previous occupants. The property gives an unkempt impression.

Pure relaxation

A stone's throw to the beach.

We had the pleasure of spending a few days over the weekend at the Benni holiday home. The location is simply unbeatable - just a few steps and you are already standing with your feet in the sand, enjoying the sound of the Baltic Sea.

The holiday home was modernly furnished. We especially liked the sauna, which we used daily.

Beautiful holiday home

A very nice holiday home, comfortably furnished, practical layout, super location directly on the beach.

Top holiday house, right behind the dunes.

We spent our October holidays in this house with 2 adults and 3 children and felt very comfortable there. The rooms are very bright and spacious.
A very nice holiday home, with very good facilities and a great location. It is only a short walk through the dunes to the beach.
It was especially great for us as a family that a baby cot and a high chair were available.
The underfloor heating and sauna are just perfect for relaxing. The fenced property is perfect when traveling with children (or even with the dog) - no one can escape!
There is a garden shed with bicycles, deck chairs, etc.

We had a very nice holiday and would love to come back.
