6 weeks Corona holiday
First of all, when you stay in the same accommodation for 6 weeks, everything is basically fine.
The location was perfect for this holiday, as it was quiet from 11pm onwards. At normal times, I don't know how disturbing the pubs directly below the flat are.
You can see from the pictures that the furnishings are a bit worn, but there is nothing missing. We catered for ourselves as much as possible and found everything we needed in the kitchen.
My only criticism is the bed linen, which urgently needs to be changed. (Holey sheets, zipper on the cover broken, covers don't match the sheets and generally poor quality synthetic fibre).
I would still book the flat again anytime because I think everything will be better next time. It was also a challenging time for landlords.
I would especially like to highlight the 2 balconies, breakfast and dinner with sea view every day, watching the sunset over La Gomera in the evening, great.
Our caretaker Mr Dotschkins was always available and reacted promptly.

We felt very comfortable in Casa Lucia. It is spacious, clean, kitchen well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired with the view of the sea and the sunset from both terraces. The location is also very good. Everything we needed was within walking distance

When Germania went bankrupt and we spontaneously had to rebook our arrival and departure dates in an inconvenient way, this was dealt with without any problems and in a very supportive way. We booked directly there again.

Simply equipped but everything is available.
We really enjoyed it. The location is great and the key handover went smoothly. However, it was good that we speak Spanish because we wouldn't have understood the explanations in another language. The equipment is a bit outdated, the sofas are a bit worn, but everything we needed was there. The landlord's tips for restaurants and everything else were great, thank you for that. And the Wi-Fi worked better than we expected. We would love to come back here on vacation.
