Comfortable holiday home with fireplace, garden, and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms in Zeeland, Holland, for private rent
The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and an additional guest toilet on the 1st floor.
Here you can feel comfortable with up to 6 people (max. 4 adults).
The garden is located directly next to a large pond, and the property is fenced in a child-safe manner. Right by the pond is a very nice wooden deck, and another terrace is right next to the house.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
The house has a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, living area with a fireplace, stereo system, TV with many German television programs, terrace, and garden.
A high chair, baby travel cot, and stair gate at the top are also available and are free of charge for you to use. The holiday home is located in Holland, Zeeland, on the Schouwen-Duiveland peninsula, near Bruinisse in the Aquadelta de Kreek holiday park at Vijverlaan 24.
Due to the former island location of Schouwen-Duiveland, various bodies of water are available: the Grevelingenmeer - known as a good surfing and sailing area - , the Oosterschelde, and the open North Sea with its kilometers-long sandy beaches. A small sandy beach on the Grevelingenmeer is approximately a 5-minute walk away. Here it is ideal especially for children, as the water is shallow and warmer than the open North Sea. You can drive to the large beaches of the North Sea in about 20 minutes, and you can park directly on the beach for free.
The holiday park has beautiful old trees and is very spacious with many open areas, playgrounds, and long hiking trails. The Aquadelta Park is designed for family vacations with children. Children's entertainment, such as crafting, is offered as well during the holiday periods. Karaoke, kids' disco, mini playback show, bingo, crafting takes place in the main season. (Some activities may have a fee)
Inside the park, there is an indoor fun pool with a giant slide and an extra warm baby pool, mini-golf, tennis court, squash, bowling, soccer field, supermarket, restaurant, cozy pub with billiards, and much more.
Washing machines and dryers are available in the park's coin-operated laundromat, very close to the house.
A charging station for electric vehicles is located at the park entrance.
Do you play golf? Then the 18-hole Grevenlingenhout golf club, within walking distance, is just right for you.
Close to the sea, surf school, sailing school, diving school, 18-hole golf course.
DOGS are unfortunately not allowed, no rentals to YOUTH GROUPS, please do not smoke in the house.

Very good, gladly again.
We were 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. There was enough space. The house is kept rather simple but it was absolutely clean. Bathroom and toilet very clean. Kitchen fully equipped. In the garden, there are tables and chairs. We always had breakfast on the terrace. Sun loungers by the pond. Unfortunately, there is no oven in the kitchen. But that's the only thing that was missing. Beds very good. Mattresses not sagging.
We would love to come back.

Beautiful short holiday
We have been here for the 3rd time now and we liked it very much again. The house is very cosy and the surroundings are great. Ideal for cycling, always along the water for kilometres. The water was still too cold for swimming in May. We will be back!

Our 1st vacation with a baby. It was great that a baby cot and a high chair were in the house. We really enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace and the long walks on the beach. We liked the house a lot. We will come back!

Schöner Urlaub
We recently stayed at the large house of the Heerde family and we really enjoyed it. My son could fish from the terrace, and the surroundings were perfect for walking for my husband and me. The house is beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable and will come back.
