Description

We offer a 2018 fully renovated holiday flat for four people on 54 sqm. The flat is located in the front half of our semi-detached house. You reach the ground floor flat via a separate house entrance without steps. The flat is divided into a living room with a spacious kitchenette (with dishwasher) and separate dining table, a large bedroom with double bed (180*200) and a smaller bedroom with bunk bed (90*200 up to 100 kg). Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains. In the kitchenette you will find cutlery, crockery, pots and necessary utensils in extensive equipment. Tabs for dishwasher and washing machine are available. In the bathroom we offer you a ground-level shower. From the generous window front of the living room, three steps lead out of the patio door onto the lawn. Table and chairs invite you here for breakfast and relaxation
On request, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge.
You can leave your bicycles in permanently mounted hangers right next to the entrance, out of sight.
You can park your car in a private parking space right next to the house.

Within 5 minutes walking distance you can reach 2 Corona test centres on 7 days/week.

Location and surroundings of object

You will find our holiday flat in a side street in Heikendorf directly on the Kiel Fjord. From our central, quiet location, you can reach the water after a 700 m walk. Here you will find the harbour with fishing boats and yachts. The main beach with beach chair rental is 1000 m away. The location in a bay offers wind protection from almost all directions and allows relaxed bathing and sunbathing even in windy weather. The sun will pamper you until sunset. Here, at the narrowest point of the fjord, you can watch sailing yachts and large ships at close quarters. You can also enjoy a cocktail or snack directly on the beach. You will find restaurants at the harbour and main beach, as well as in the town centre

The centre of the village is only 300 m away from our flat. Here you will find all the necessary shopping facilities. Public buses and the Fördeschifffahrt connect Heikendorf with the centres of Kiel and Laboe.

With a 5 min. walk you can reach 2 Corona test centres on 7 days/week.

Very nice holiday apartment

Cozy vacation apartment in a great location. We have been there several times, as always everything is spotless and well-maintained. Very nice and helpful landlords. Everything you need is available. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Every year again with pleasure!

Class holiday apartment in the best location, super clean, top equipment, absolutely nice hosts, beds are freshly made upon arrival, fresh towels provided. We have been coming here for several years in a row and always look forward to the next time. Absolute recommendation, short walk to the village for fresh bread rolls and shopping, as well as short distances to the harbor and the beach.

Relaxing vacation

We were with 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 13 in the accommodation. Everything you need is there. The landlords are very accommodating and always approachable and also have tips on site. The beach is not far away and sufficient for us. A few minutes' walk away there is another beach, which has more beach chairs and is a bit more visited. We didn't miss anything.

Highly recommended

We had a very nice holiday. The accommodation has everything you need.
The landlord is very nice.
You don't necessarily need a car as everything is within walking distance.
Unfortunately, you can't rent bicycles on site. We rented them in Laboe.
Cleanliness perfect. Price / performance very good.
We would recommend this accommodation.

Super holiday flat in the best location

The perfect holiday flat for us. Super clean, enough space and everything we have often missed in other flats (enough towels & bedding, extensive kitchen equipment, ...). Very nice and helpful landlords who really thought through the furnishings. Even with small children only 10 minutes walk to shopping, bakery or harbour with small beach. From the harbour with ferry dock another 5 minutes away is the larger beach with a great climbing playground. The ferry is a great way to Kiel - we didn't need our car much this holiday! We were in Heikendorf with two adults and two children (3 and 5) and had a really great time :)

Great accommodation, very nice landlords :)

We stayed in the vacation rental for two weeks and it was great...
Completely sufficient for the three of us, but it would have also worked for four. Very nice landlords and we didn't miss anything. We would be happy to come back :)

Beautiful holiday home!

The holiday home is located in a quiet area in Heikendorf, from where the beach is very easy to reach on foot (even with a toddler on a balance bike). Nearby are supermarkets, a bakery, and all other stores that are easily reachable on foot. The landlords are very helpful and friendly! The house is very cozy due to the real wood flooring and the many windows that let in a lot of light. It is modern and lovingly furnished and very very clean! We cooked every day in the beautiful kitchen, which had everything needed for cooking. The washing machine in the bathroom is also very practical in case something needs to be quickly washed again. We can highly recommend this holiday home and would come back!

Very clean, well-equipped house.

A very nicely furnished, clean, bright, and friendly house. Very nice landlord. Everything you needed was available. Very pleasant are the beds already made and towels laid out as well as the final cleaning by the landlord. A few minutes' walk to shopping facilities and beach/port. Highly recommended.
